Abstract

Ketika proses instalasi pipa dilakukan, scope pengerjaannya biasanya dibagi
Sebelum
melakukan analisa proses above water tie-in, dilakukan analisa respon gerak
struktur barge terlebih dahulu.
=============================================================================================Pipeline Engineering is a technique on pipeline structure which is used as
distribution system on oil and gas in the world. In case of distribution, pipeline
should be installed before operating process. When installation process occured,
the scope divided by offshore and onshore section, then above water tie-in process
is required at the end of the project. In case of pipeline installation, pipeline stress
analysis is required especially on sagbend and overbend area. The stress on
pipeline can make pipeline become bend, and the worst is buckling. Because of
that risk, great analysis on pipeline installation should be required, include above
water tie-in process. Before above water tie-in analysis, motion response analysis
should be required as a place of above water tie-in process. The maximum motion
response of Onasis 10 Barge on free floating condition is 0,908 (m/m) in surge,
0,928 (m/m) in sway, 0,99 (m/m) in heave, 4,192 (deg/m) in roll, 1,925 (deg/m) in
pitch, and 3,127 (deg/m) in yaw. The analysis is based on full load condition and
specified environment. After that, lifting and lowering should be done as the main
project. While lifting process, the maximum stress is 347,63 MPa in 9th step on
stern side and 337,18 MPa in 10th step on bow side. While lowering process, the
maximum stress is 352,1 MPa in 3rd step on stern side and 361,1 MPa in 3rd step
on bow side
