Abstract

Untuk menghasilkan produk dengan harga murah maka
para produsen diharuskan melakukan langkah-langkah efisien,
salah satunya membatasi impor. Tugas akhir ini berutujuan
untung merancang sebuah mesin press panas pneumatik, dimana
selama ini kualitas mesin dari industri di Indonesia kualitasnya
kurang bagus dibanding dari produk import. Aspek penting pada
mesin press panas pneumatik ini adalah mengatur temperatur,
pergerakan silinder penumatik dan holding time sehingga dapat
bergerak sesuai yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan
suatu sistem kontrol yang handal.
Untuk memudahkan penelitian dalam perencanaan dan
pembuatan kontrol mesin press panas pneumatik digunakan
bantuan software fluidsim, EWB dan matlab dengan peran
masing-masing. Software fluidsim digunakan untuk pengecekan
dan simulasi sirkuit elektrik khusus untuk sistem pneumatik.
Sementara EWB digunakan untuk pengecekan rangkaian elektrik
sistem kontrol temperatur mesin press panas ini. Sedangkan
matlab akan digunakan untuk melakukan perangcangan sistem
kontrol temperatur. Dengan input berupa time domain equation
maka akan diperoleh kestabilan sistem kontrol temperatur mesin
press panas pneumatik ini. Selain itu akan dilakukan
perhitungan verifikasi dengan analisa kestabilan routh-hurwitz
dan root locus untuk memastikan bahwa sistem kontrol yang
dirancang benar-benar stabil. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan wiring diagram dari
sirkuit elektrik sistem pneumatik dan sistem kontrol temperatur
mesin press panas pneumatik ini. Serta didapatkan time response
dan frekuensi response seperti overshoot sebesar 17.8%,
peaktime 26.4s, settiling time 85.3s dan rise time 11.5s. Dari
semua kriteria evaluasi, menunjukan sistem kontrol temperatur
mempunyai kualitas yang baik. Pada metode routh-hurwitz
tampak tidak terjadi perubahan tanda pada kolom pertama dan
pada metode root locus diperoleh akar-akar karakteristik yang
semua bernilai negatif. Dari semua kriteria kestabilan dapat
disimpulkan bahwa sistem stabil

To produce products with a cheap price then the producer
is required to perform efficient steps, one of which restrict the
import. In this final project will be designed a hot press
pneumatic machine, which all this time the quality machine in
Indonesia is less good than the quality of imported products. The
important aspect in this pneumatic hot press machine is adjusting
the temperature, the movement of the cylinder penumatik and
holding time so it can move as desired. Therefore, we need a
reliable control system.
To facilitate research in the planning and manufacturing of
pneumatic hot press machine control using software fluidsim,
EWB, and matlab with their respective roles. Software fluidsim is
used for checking and simulating electrical circuits specific to the
pneumatic system. While EWB is used for checking the electrical
circuit temperature control system this hot press machine. While
matlab is used to perform control system design of temperature.
With the input of the time domain equation, it will obtain the
stability of this pneumatic hot press machine temperature system.
Additionally, verification will be calculated by Routh-Hurwitz
stability analysis and root locus method to ensure this the control
system is designed completely stable.
Results of this research got wiring diagram of the electric
circuit pneumatic system and temperature control system of this pneumatic hot press machine. And also got time response and
frequency response as overshoot by 17.8%, peaktime by 26.4s,
settiling time by 85.3s and rise time by 11.5s. Of all the
evaluation criteria, show temperature control system has a good
quality. In the method of Routh-Hurwitz seemed to have been no
changes mark in the first column and root locus method is
obtained roots of the characteristics that all negative. Of all the
stability criteria can be concluded that the system is stable
