Abstract
Sejalan dengan semakin banyaknya kebutuhan energi untuk
dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bakar maka perlu adanya
pengembangan gas biomassa sebagai bahan bakar alternatif pada
motor pembakaran dalam maka akan dilakukan penelitian
mengenai aplikasi sistem dual fuel gas hasil gasifikasi biomassa
municipal solid waste (MSW) pada sistem downdraft dengan
minyak solar pada motor diesel stasioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui sinkronisasi antara hasil produksi gasifier
dengan mesin diesel generator set menjadi sistem dual fuel yang
kompac berbahan bakar syngas hasil gasifikasi MSW sistem
downdraft dengan bahan bakar diesel dengan solar.
Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan proses
pemasukan aliran syngas yang dihasilkan downdraft municipal
solid waste (MSW) ke dalam saluran udara mesin diesel generator
set secara langsung menggunakan sistem mixer. Pengujian
dilakukan dengan putaran konstan 2000 rpm dengan pembebanan
bervariasi dari 200 watt sampai dengan 2000 watt dengan interval
200 watt. Bahwa produksi syngas dari reaktor gasifikasi
ditambahkan sistem bypass untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara
reaktor gasifikasi dan mesin genset data ṁ syngas yang dibutuhkan
mesin diesel, ṁ syngas yang di bypass untuk mendapatkan
kesesuaian antara produksi syngas dan yang di bypass. Data-data
yang diukur dari penelitian ini adalah konsumsi bahan bakar solar dan syngas dan suhu-suhu operasional, arus dan tegangan untuk
mendapatkan unjuk kerja sistem dual fuel gasifier downdraft
municipal solid waste (MSW) dan diesel engine generator set
3KW.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa besar nilai mass flowrate gas syngas
yang dibutuhkan mesin diesel pada AFR reaktor gasisier 1,39
sebesar 0,0003748 kg/s. Mass flowrate gas syngas yang di bypass
menunjukkan nilai 0 pada saat sistem dijalankan karena seluruh
gas syngas masuk kedalam ruang bakar. AFR rata-rata sebesar
14,54 ,Nilai Spesifik fuel consumption (sfc)mengalami peningkatan
68% dari kondisi standar single fuel , Nilai efesiensi thermal
mengalami kenaikan sebesar 7% dari kondisi single fuel, Nilai
daya rata-rata sebesar 2,28 KW, Nilai torsi rata-rata sebesar
10,94 N.m. Nilai temperatur (coolant, mesin, oil, dan gas buang
)pada setiap pembebanan mengalami kenaikan.

In line with the increasing number of energy needs to be
used as fuel, we need to the development of gas biomass as
alternative fuel on combastion motor in it will be done research on
the application of the system dual fuel gas a result of gasification
biomass municipal solid waste ( msw ) on system downdraft with
diesel oil on stationary diesel engine .This report aims to
understand synchronization between produce gasifier with diesel
engines generator set be a system of dual fuel that fueled kompac
syngas is result of gasification msw downdraft system with fuel
diesel with solar .
This study conducted in experimental with the process of
entering the flow of syngas is produced downdraft municipal solid
waste ( msw ) into the intake diesel engines generator set it by using
a mixer system .Testing done by the constant 2000 rpm with
encumbering varies from 200 watts to 2000 watts by intervals 200
watts .That the production syngas is from reactor gasification
added bypass system to know conformity of gasification reactor
and machine generator data ṁ syngas is needed diesel engines , ṁ
syngas is in bypass to get conformity of syngas is production and
bypass .result measured of research is consumption of fuel diesel
and and operational syngas is temperature , the voltage to get system works were dual fuel gasifier downdraft municipal solid
waste ( msw ) and diesel engine generator set 3kw .
The results showed that large mass flowrate value gas
syngas is required diesel engines on afr gasisier 1,39 reactor worth
0,0003748 kg per s. mass flowrate gas in syngas is that bypass 0
show value at the time of the system is run because the whole gas
syngas is entered into space fuel .Afr 14,54 average of , the value
of specific fuel consumption ( sfc ) have increased 68 percent of the
condition of the single fuel standard , won the thermal increased
by 7 percent of the condition of the single fuel , the value of the
average of resources 2.28 kw , torque value average of 10,94 n.m
