Abstract

Komunitas fauna tanah merupakan bagian dari ekosistem
tanah yang kehidupannya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor
lingkungan yaitu faktor biotik dan faktor abiotik. Faktor biotik
salah satunya meliputi kondisi vegetasi, sedangkan faktor abiotik
Indonesia II, Prigen Jawa Timur.
Tullgren Funnel. Faktor lingkungan yang diukur meliputi faktor
biotik (analisis vegetasi) dan abiotik (suhu tanah, kelembaban
tanah, pH tanah, intensitas cahaya, kadar NPK serta C organik).
Analisa data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, metode
ordinasi dengan menggunakan program Canoco for Windows
4.5.

Soil fauna community is part of the soil ecosystem whose
lives are influenced by various environmental factors including
biotic and abiotic factors. One of the examples of biotic factors is
the condition of vegetation, while the abiotic factors include
climatic conditions and soil conditions. Plants or vegetation are a
bridge between the existing ecosystem above and inside the soil,
therefore, according to Tilman (2011) the changes in vegetation
diversity will change the function of ecosystem above and inside
in the soil. The purpose of this research was to determine
coummunity structure of soil fauna by different vegetation types
in Taman Safari Indonesia II Prigen East Java.
The method that use is Pitfall traps and Barlese tullgren
funnel. The measured environmental factors include biotic factors
(analysis of vegetation) and abiotic factors (soil temperature, soil
moisture, soil pH, light intensity, levels of NPK and organic C).
The data was analyzed by using descriptive methods and
ordinative methods by using Canoco program for Windows 4.5.
The result showed that the mixed forests have soil fauna
community structure more stable by having the highest species
diversity (H’) , the more equitable species evenness (E) and the
lowest dominance of species (C). The similarity of the highest
soil fauna communities (CMH) is in the pine forest and mixed
forests as well as several species of soil fauna is shown to be affected by physical and chemical parameters of specific
environment.
