Abstract
Perparkiran merupakan masalah yang sering dijumpai
dilokasi yang mempunyai aktivitas tinggi seperti pusat
perbelanjaan, ketersediaan ruang parkir pada pusat perbelanjaan
acapkali tidak mencukupi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ruang
parkir. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap
perencanaan kebutuhan ruang parkir pada pusat perbelanjaan di
Kota Surabaya. Lokasi studi kasus diambil pada penelitian ini
adalah Supermall Pakuwon Indah.
Dalam melakukan evaluasi terhadap perencanaan
kebutuhan tempat parkir ini akan dibahas beberapa hal antara
lain: karakteristik parkir, kebutuhan ruang parkir ( KRP ) dan
standart KRP untuk pusat perbelanjaan, appartemen dan hotel.
Pembahasan pada permasalahan tersebut diawali dengan
melakukkan studi literature, survey pendahuluan, pengumpulan
data ( primer & sekunder ) kemudian melakukan analisa didata
dan pembahasan sehingga didapatkan KRP actual pada masingmasing lokasi parkir. Selanjutnya, yang akan diterapkan oleh
pedoman parkir yang dikeluarkan oleh Dirjen Perhubungan Darat
1996 dan terhadap bangunan pembanding yang sudah beroperasi
memiliki fungsi guna yang sama, lalu ditarik kesimpulan dan
saran.
Hasil didapatkan KRP yang harus minimal disediakan
adalah 38,037 m2
/SRP yaitu 1869 SRP untuk pengunjung mall,
137 m2
/SRP yaitu 630 SRP untuk penghuni appartemen, dan 265
m2
/SRP yaitu 92 SRP untuk tamu hotel. Bila di jumlah adalah 2593 SRP, ini lebih kecil dari total SRP yang sesuai dengan
gambar perencanaan arsitek yaitu 3129 SRP. Artinya KRP yang
disediakan sesuai dengan gambar perencanaan arsitek telah
mencukupi.

Parking is a problem that is often encountered,
especially in locations that have high activity such as shopping
center area, the availability of parking spaces at the shopping
center is often not sufficient to meet the needs of parking spaces
required. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the need for
parking spaces at shopping center in the city of Surabaya. The
case study was taken in this study are Supermall Pakuwon Indah.
In performing an evaluation to the need of parking lot
will be discussed several things, among others: the
characteristics of parking, the parking space requirements (PPP)
and PPP standard for shopping center, appartement, and hotel.
The discussion on the problem begins with melakukkan literature
studies, preliminary surveys, data collection (primary and
secondary) and do some analysis and discussion recorded to
obtain actual KRP in each parking location. Furthermore, to be
implemented by the government of Surabaya and parking
guidelines issued by the Director General of Land in 1996, and
then drawn conclusions and suggestions will be made.
The result of this study showed that parking
characteristics include : the need of parking lot ( KRP ) which
must be at least provided is 38.037 m2/SRP is 1869 for mall
visitors, 137 m2/SRP is 630 SRP for occupants appartemen, and
265 m2/SRP is 92 SRP for hotel guests. When the number is 2593 SRP, is smaller than the total SRP corresponding to the picture
that is 3129 SRP planning architect. This means that the KRP
provided in accordance with the image of the architect has been
insufficient planning
