Abstract
Air Conditioner (AC) merupakan teknologi yang
memberikan kenyamanan dalam mengkondisikan suhu suatu
ruangan. AC memiliki fungsi sama sebagai pengatur suhu pada
suatu lingkungan sehingga diperoleh suhu sesuai kondisi yang
diharapkan. Sistem monitoring temperature pada plant AC
Refregerant ini digunakan untuk memonitoring temperatur pada
AC agar diketahui perubahan yang terjadi di dalamnya dengan
merencanakan kontrol menggunakan Arduino mega sebagai
kontrolernya. Hasil pengukuran temperatur ini dapat ditampilkan
pada LCD dan kemudian divisualisasikan melalui visual studio
2015. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan monitoring temperature
saluran hisap dan saluran tekan dengan menggunakan dua sensor
Thermocouple tipe K dan pengkondisian sinyal MAX6675.
Berdasarkan data yang telah diolah dari hasil kalibrasi dua
thermocouple didapatkan nilai pada saluran hisap yaitu Ua1 = 0,35
Ua2 = 0,83, Ub1 = 0,0028, Ub2 = 0,0045 Uc = 0,9 Uexpand = ± 1,58
dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dari tabel T-Student. Lalu pada
saluran tekan didapatkan hasil Ua1 = 0,69 Ua2 = 1,27, Ub1 = 0,0028,
Ub2 = 0,0045 Uc = 1,31 Uexpand = ± 2,37 dengan tingkat
kepercayaan 95% dari tabel T-Student

Air Conditioning (AC) is a technology that provides
comfort in a room temperature condition. AC has the same function
as the thermostat at a suitable temperature environment in order to
obtain the expected conditions. Temperature monitoring systems
on AC Refregerant plant is used to monitor the temperature on the
air conditioner in order to know the changes that occur in it with a
control plan using the Arduino Mega as a controller. Where the
temperature measurement results can be displayed on the LCD and
then visualized by visual studio 2015. In this final project
monitoring temperature suction channels and channel press using
two type K Thermocouple sensor and signal conditioning
MAX6675. Based on the data that has been compiled from the two
thermocouple calibration values obtained in the suction channel is
Ua1 = 0,35 Ua2 = 0,83, Ub1 = 0,0028, Ub2 = 0,0045, Uc = 0,9 Uexpand
= ± 1.58 with 95% confidence level of the table T-Student. Then
the press channel showed Ua1 = 0,69 Ua2= 1,27, Ub1 = 0,0028, Ub2
= 0,0045, Uc = 1,31, Uexpand = ± 2,37 with a confidence level of
95% of the T-Student
