Abstract
Bandar udara memiliki fungsi untuk sarana pergerakan pesawat dari darat menuju udara maupun sebaliknya. Fungsi ini akan terganggu jika bandar udara tergenang air. Sebuah bandar udara idealnya memiliki sistem drainase untuk mengalirkan air yang ada dan mencegah terjadinya genangan. Bandar Udara Tanah Grogot saat ini masih dalam tahap perencanaan dan belum dibangun. Perencanaan sistem drainase yang baik diperlukan untuk mencegah kemungkinan tergenangnya air dan terganggunya operasional bandar udara.
Perencanaan sistem drainase Bandar Udara Tanah Grogot diawali dengan perumusan masalah dan studi literatur untuk mengumpulkan data sekunder. Data sekunder yang dibutuhkan antara lain data jumlah dan lokasi titik pengukur hujan, data tata guna lahan, data luas lahan, data hujan, data topografi lahan, dan data layout bandara untuk perhitungan debit rencana dan data elevasi muka air Sungai Kandilo untuk perhitungan elevasi downstream. Besar debit rencana dan elevasi downstream didapat, maka dilanjut preliminary design dimensi. Ketika dimensi sudah direncanakan, maka perhitungan elevasi tiap saluran dapat dilakukan. Perhitungan elevasi dari saluran tersier hingga saluran primer. Apabila elevasi muka air dari hilir saluran primer lebih rendah dari elevasi muka air Sungai Kandilo, maka terjadi backwater dan perlu direncanakan fasilitas penunjang seperti pompa air, pintu air, ataupun kolam tampung.
Tugas Akhir ini menghasilkan perencanaan sistem drainase untuk Bandar Udara Tanah Grogot. Curah hujan rencana digunakan adalah curah hujan 5 tahunan yaitu 127 mm. Debit yang mengalir di saluran primer adalah 3.802 m3/s. Saluran utama direncanakan berbentuk trapesium dengan lebar dasar 2 meter, tinggi 1.5 meter, dan kemiringan samping 1:1. Backwater terjadi di dua bagian, muara sungai dengan selat makassar dan muara sistem drainase bandar udara dengan sungai kandilo. Backwater pada muara sungai tidak mempengaruhi sistem drainase bandar udara. Backwater terjadi setinggi 1.5 meter di antara saluran primer dengan sungai kandilo. Direncanakan kolam tampung sebesar 75 meter x 50 meter dengan kedalaman 2.5 meter. Kolam tampung didukung dua buah pompa berkapasitas 2 m3/s dan sebuah pintu dengan dimensi 2.5 x 0.8 meter

The airport has a function to facilitate the movement of aircraft from land to air and vice versa. This function will be disrupted if the airport is flooded. An airport should have a drainage system to drain existing water and prevent inundation. Tanah Grogot Airport is currently in the planning stage and has not yet been built. A good drainage system plan is needed to prevent the possibility of waterlogging and disruption to airport operations.
The planning for the drainage system of Tanah Grogot Airport begins with the formulation of the problem and the study of literature to collect secondary data. Secondary data includes data on the number and location of rain gauge points, land use data, land area data, rain data, land topography data, airport layout data for the calculation of plan discharge and Kandilo River water level elevation data for downstream elevation calculations. After the amount of discharge plan and the downstream elevation obtained, then the preliminary design dimension is continued. When the dimensions have been planned, then the calculation of the elevation of each channel can be done. Calculation of elevation from tertiary to primary channels. If the water level elevation from downstream of the primary channel is lower than the water level elevation of the Kandilo River, then backwater will occur and supporting facilities such as water pumps, sluice gates or reservoirs need to be planned.
This Final Project produces a drainage system plan for Tanah Grogot Airport. The rainfall plan used is 5 year frequency rainfall which is 127 mm. Discharge flowing in the primary channel is 3,802 m3/s. The main channel is planned to be in the form of a trapezoid with a base width of 2 meters, a height of 1.5 meters and a side slope of 1: 1. Backwater occurs in two parts, the river mouth with the Makassar Strait and the airport mouth drainage system with the River Kandilo. Backwater in river mouths does not affect airport drainage systems. Backwater occurs as high as 1.5 meters between the primary channel and the river candilo. Planned a detention pond capacity of 75 meters x 50 meters with a depth of 2.5 meters. The pond is supported by two pumps with a capacity of 2 m3 / s and a door with dimensions of 2.5 x 0.8 meters
