Abstract

Behaviour deviation especially juvenile delinquency often occur in the school environments lately. According to Patterson (1962), many juvenile delinquents are directly related to the school and its surrounding environment. Schools should be the center of studying for student and develop their talents who is in a condition of high curiosity to find their true identity, on the contrary feels pressured by the school setting itself. The separation of school autonomy from the community or society by architectural boundaries which is in the form of fences as a problem in the learning process gained by students. Because actually, the students can not be apart from their devotion to the society. So, a student not only tends to focus on theirself to achieve standards of school, but how their knowledge, potential and talent have been developed at school can be contributed to the society.
The new learning process by involving society at certain times will be a control for students, so the juvenile delinquency can be reduced. Therefore, if there is society involvement in the learning process, the boundaries between the school and the socienty will be dissolved. Nevertheless, school will still have their own autonomy to regulate the course of learning. Through the “Research Design”, the boundary between society and school can be bias by different elevation. The levelling differences make to share out the spatial planning programs for each floor,it effects to learning procees being in control.
