Abstract
Indonesia diprediksi akan mengalami era bonus demografi pada 2030. Generasi Z yang lahir dalam rentang tahun 1995-2010 akan menjadi target pasar pada tahun tersebut sehingga potensinya sangat besar untuk memajukan Indonesia dalam dunia kerja. Generasi Z yang terbiasa hidup berdampingan dengan teknologi sejak lahir memiliki cara kerja berbeda dengan generasi sebelumnya. Generasi Z bisa berkantor dimanapun selama ada teknologi yang mendukung termasuk di rumah. Pada masa itu, lahan akan semakin padat dan harga rumah tapak akan semakin mahal sehingga akan sulit bagi Generasi Z untuk memiliki rumah sendiri. Kebutuhan perumahan dan tempat kerja merupakan isu krusial yang akan terjadi saat Generasi Z menjadi tenaga kerja. Usulan objek desain adalah hunian vertikal dengan adanya working space yang terintegrasi sebagai representasi dari rumah yang juga berfungsi sebagai tempat kerja. Metode desain yang digunakan yakni metode design research dan transformation of a specific model. Objek rancang ini menerapkan desain biofilik untuk mendukung peningkatan produktivitas kerja pengguna. Konsep desain yang diusulkan yakni nature dengan eksplorasi formal dari metode desain, spasial dari pendekatan desain, maupun teknis dari struktur dan utilitas.

Indonesia is predicted to experience the era of demographic bonus in 2030. Generation Z, born in the 1995-2010, will be the target market in that year. Generation Z, which is live with technology from birth, has a different way of working from the other generation. Generation Z can have offices anywhere as long as there is technology to support it. At that time, the land will be more densed and the price of tread houses will be more expensive so that it will be difficult for Generation Z to have their own homes. Housing and workplace needs are crucial issues when Generation Z becomes a workforce. The proposed design object is a vertical dwelling with an integrated working space as a representation of the home which also functions as a workplace. The design method used is design research and transformation of a specific model. This design object applies a biophilic design to support increased work productivity of users. The proposed design concept is nature with formal exploration of design methods, spatial design approaches, as well as technical aspects of structure and utility.
