Abstract
Dunia profesionalime membutuhkan peran anak muda usia produktif. Media
memperhatikan potensi pembelajar visual learner. Kemampuan belajar visual learner
merumuskan kriteria. Selanjutnya penggalian bentuk menggunakan hipotesa melalui
analogi langsung yang merujuk indera visual.
Arsitektur menjadi media sensori visual.

The world of professionalism requires the role of young people of productive
age. Media to improve youth professionalism is needed, through facilities that pay
attention to the potential of visual learner learners. Visual learner's learning ability is
dominated by understanding through visual media. Therefore, the provision of
educational and training facilities that stimulate understanding through visual sensory
is required.
This research-based design uses a concepts-based framework, beginning
with formulating design issues and hypotheses. The method used is domain-to-domain
transfer, where the exploration of the issue of increasing productivity is carried out
through research, to formulate criteria. Furthermore, the exploration of forms uses
hypotheses through direct analogy which refers to the visual senses.
Architecture becomes a visual sensory medium. In fact, in one system the
visual senses work together with the haptic sensory to produce optimal perception.
With this multisensory approach, several moments and criteria emerge. The moments
proposed are attention, memory, and sensation. The resulting criteria are space scale,
spatial shape and color by optimizing natural lighting and air conditioning. These
moments and criteria were used to compile the design of a Youth Education and
Training Center. Moments of 'sensation’' are present in the setting of the site and
landscape, floors and connectors to the surrounding environment; moments of
'attention' are applied to the wall elements, colors and window openings of the room;
'memory' moments are presented at the scale and shape of space.
