Abstract

Kali Rawaan merupakan salah satu sungai yang berada di Desa Sidomukti, Kecamatan Tempursari, Kabupaten Lumajang dan bermuara di Pantai Selatan. Daerah yang berada di sekitar Kali Rawaan telah menjadi daerah rawan banjir terutama pada daerah muara sungai. Terjadinya sedimentasi di daerah pantai yang menutup muara sungai menimbulkan aliran air tertahan di daerah muaranya. Sedimentasi dapat terjadi karena angkutan sedimen yang sejajar garis pantai akibat gelombang di laut selatan cukup tinggi. Sedangkan sungai tersebut masih menerima debit banjir dari hulu sungai dan ditambah dari air hujan di daerah muara sehingga menyebabkan air meluap. Hal ini menjadikan daerah sekitar muara Kali Rawaan memiliki ancaman resiko bencana yaitu dari debit banjir Kali Rawaan, gelombang pasang laut, pasang surut air laut, dan sedimentasi di muara sungai. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan di atas perlu adanya penanganan guna mengatasi luapan tersebut yaitu dengan cara membuat suatu bangunan pengendali banjir di muara Kali Rawaan tersebut yaitu bangunan jetty.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan didapatkan struktur bangunan jetty yang terdiri dari bagian kepala yang memiliki kemiringan 1:2 dan bagian lengan yang memiliki kemiringan 1:1,5. Bangunan jetty menggunakan material yaitu batu armour. Struktur jetty terdiri dari 3 layer yaitu primary layer memiliki diameter batu 1,4 m, lebar puncak 4 m, tebal lapisan 3,3 m, secondary layer memiliki diameter batu 0,7 m, tebal lapisan 1,5 m, dan core layer memiliki diameter batu 0,04 m, tebal lapisan 0,6 m.

Rawaan River is one of the rivers in Sidomukti Village, Tempursari District, Lumajang Regency and empties into the South Coast. The area around Rawaan River has become a flood-prone area, especially in the mouth of the river. Sedimentation in the coastal area that closes the river mouth causes the flow of water to hold in the estuary area. Sedimentation can occur because sediment transport along the coastline due to waves in the southern sea is quite high. While the river still receives flood discharge from the headwaters and is added from rainwater in the estuary area, causing the water to overflow. This makes the area around the Kali Rawaan estuary have a threat of disaster risk, from the flood discharge of Kali Rawaan, tidal waves, tides, and sedimentation in river mouths. In connection with the above problems, there needs to be a handling to overcome the overflow, namely by making a flood control building in the Rawaan River estuary, namely the jetty.
Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it is obtained that the building structure consists of a head that has a slope of 1: 2 and an arm that has a slope of 1: 1.5. Jetty structure use the material, namely armor stone. The jetty structure consists of 3 layers: the primary layer has a stone diameter of 1.4 m, a peak width of 4 m, a layer thickness of 3.3 m, a secondary layer has a stone diameter of 0.7 m, a layer thickness of 1.5 m, and the core layer has stone diameter of 0.04 m, layer thickness of 0.6 m.
