Abstract

Distribusi adalah suatu kegiatan untuk memindahkan dan menyimpan produk dari pemasok ke pelanggan dalam rantai pasokan. Distribusi merupakan elemen rantai pasok yang penting karena produk jarang diproduksi dan dikonsumsi di lokasi yang sama. PT. Indomarco Adi Prima wilayah Surabaya merupakan perusahaan distributor yang memasok produk fast moving consumer goods ke lebih dari 500 Modern Trade. Salah satu tolok ukur keberhasilan dalam proses distribusi adalah ketercapaian service level dalam ketepatan pengiriman dan minimasi biaya distribusi yang ditimbulkan. Namun hanya 77% pengiriman yang telah dilakukan oleh PT. IAP yang telah mencapai service level. Oleh karena itu, penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan rute pengiriman multi product oleh PT. IAP guna meminimasi biaya distribusi namun tetap tidak menurunkan tingkat pemenuhan demand. Penentuan rute yang dilakukan dengan skenario pengiriman rutin menggunakan Saving Method untuk clustering outlet dalam satu rute sedangkan urutan pengiriman didapatkan dengan metode Nearest Neighbor. Berdasarkan hasil running didapatkan bahwa jumlah kendaraan yang dibutuhkan truk CDD adalah sebanyak 23 buah dan truk CDE sebanyak 11 buah. Penghematan yang bisa diraih oleh PT. IAP jika melakukan pengiriman rutin adalah sebesar Rp.252.870.000,00.

Distribution is an activity to move and store products from suppliers to customers in the supply chain. Distribution is an important supply chain element because products are rarely produced and consumed in the same location. PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Surabaya region is a distributor company that supplies fast moving consumer goods products to more than 500 Modern Trade. One of the benchmarks of success in the distribution process is the achievement of service levels in the delivery accuracy and minimizing the distribution costs incurred. However, only 77% of shipments have been carried out by PT. IAP that has reached service level. Therefore, this research aims to determine the route of multi product delivery by PT. IAP in order to minimize distribution costs while does not reduce the level of demand fulfillment. The route determination is done by routine delivery scenarios using the Saving Method for clustering outlets in one route while the order of delivery is obtained by the Nearest Neighbor method. Based on the results of running the VBA algorithm it was found that the number of vehicles needed by CDD trucks was 23 units and CDE trucks were 11 units. The savings that can be achieved by PT. The IAP when making routine deliveries is Rp. 252,870,000.00.
