Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemodelan reliability sistem dengan metode phase-type distribution untuk menunjang keberlangsungan proses produksi amonia Pabrik 1A PT Petrokimia Gresik. Pemodelan dilakukan dengan merancang model konseptual yaitu reliability block diagram (RBD) dan model matematis yaitu generator matrix dari distribusi phase-type. Metode phase-type distribution digunakan untuk memodelkan masalah reliability pada sistem dengan struktur RBD dasar untuk tipe distribusi constant failure rate (CFR), increasing failure rate (IFR), decreasing failure rate (DFR), dan bathup failure rate (BFR). Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan model yang dibuat untuk mengetahui equipment dengan keandalan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan reliability sistem. Hasil analisis dan rancangan skenario perbaikan menunjukkan bahwa redundansi equipment 101-J adalah hal yang paling layak dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan reliability sistem.=============================================================This study discusses the modeling of system reliability by phase-type distribution method to support the continuation of the ammonia production process of PT Petrokimia Gresik's 1A Factory. Modeling is done by designing a conceptual model that is a reliability block diagram (RBD) and a mathematical model that is a matrix generator of phase-type distribution. Phase-type distribution method has been proven to be used to model reliability problems in systems with a basic RBD structure for the type of constant failure rate (CFR) distribution, increasing failure rate (IFR), decreasing failure rate (DFR), and bathup failure rate (BFR). Sensitivity analysis is performed using a model created to determine equipment with reliability that has a significant effect on improving system reliability. The results of the analysis and design of improvement scenarios indicate that the redundancy of 101-J equipment is the most feasible thing to do as an effort to improve system reliability.
