Abstract

One important equipment in the industrial process that is important in the energy transfer process is the turbo. In an industry, the value of equipment approval and approval is very important in supporting the performance of an equipment. The value issued when running an assignment. The size availability of a component or system is also determined by reliability. One method that can be used to analyze the efficiency of a machine or equipment is the overall effectiveness of the equipment. Value analysis for the turbomachinery system in terms of data maintenance, obtained reliability values that were rejected for operation on the gas turbine generator B equipment. It is estimated that the reliability value requires a 90% reduction in the time required is 1100 hours, for 70% replacement is 3700 hours, and for a 60% reduction is 5350 hours. Meanwhile, the remaining equipment is classified as high above 0.99 due to a very small decrease in the value of the equipment. The overall value of the effectiveness of the equipment which has been calculated based on the availability of parameters, performance efficiency, and quality level, is obtained the higher and the reduced need for operating data. The value of operating availability required for downtime is 91%. At the performance efficiency determined by the generator capacity, the highest compatibility value is 98%. The quality parameter obtained a constant value of 100% because this value is generated by the frequency produced by the gas turbine generator B.
