Abstract
Pemerintah telah menetapkan batas minimal usia pernikahan yaitu 19 tahun, namun masih sering ditemukan kasus perempuan menikah dini di Indonesia khususnya di Provinsi Jambi, Riau, dan Sumatera Barat. Fenomena pernikahan dini terjadi meliputi dari berbagai ragam strata sosial ekonomi dan berlatar belakang budaya. Provinsi Jambi, Riau, dan Sumatera Barat memiliki latar belakang budaya yang tidak jauh berbeda. Data jumlah perempuan menikah dini merupakan data count yang dimana salah satu analisis yang dapat digunakan adalah Regresi Poisson. Namun pada Kasus Perempuan menikah dini ini terdapat pelanggaran asumsi ekuidispersi dan data memiliki efek spasial sehingga metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Geographically Weighted Generalized Poisson Regression (GWGPR). Sebelum dilakukan pemodelan dengan metode GWGPR, dilakukan pula pemodelan menggunakan metode Generalized Poisson Regression (GPR). Dengan metode GPR didapat 3 variabel prediktor yang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah perempuan menikah dini yaitu rata-rata jumlah anggota rumah tangga, indeks pembangunan gender, dan persentase penduduk perempuan mengakses internet. Pemodelan menggunakan GWGPR menghasilkan 5 kelompok kabupaten/ kota dengan variabel signifikan yang sama untuk jumlah perempuan menikah dini dan tanda pada setiap nilai taksiran parameter pada model GWGPR secara garis besar pun telah sesuai dengan kondisi real. Metode GWGPR memiliki keunggulan yaitu informasi yang didapat lebih banyak karena pemodelan dilakukan untuk setiap wilayah atau unit penelitian.

The cases of early marriage on women in Indonesia still be found, especially in the provinces of Jambi, Riau, and West Sumatra, even though the government has set 19 years old as a minimum age of marriage. This phenomenon includes a variety of socioeconomic strata and cultural backgrounds. The provinces of Jambi, Riau and West Sumatra have similar cultural backgrounds. The number of early marriages on women is a count data, with one of the used analyzes is Poisson Regression. However, there is a violation of the assumption of equidispersion as well as the data have a spatial effect, that caused the analytical method used is the Geographically Weighted Generalized Poisson Regression (GWGPR) method. Before the GWGPR method, the modeling has done using the Generalized Poisson Regression (GPR) method. Three predictor variables obtained with the GPR method that affects the number of early marriage on women; the average number of household members, the gender development index, and the percentage of women accessing the internet. The modeling process using GWGPR resulted in 5 groups of districts/cities with the same significant variable for the number of women getting married early. The sign on each parameter estimated value in the GWGPR model has mainly conformed to real conditions. The GWGPR method has the advantage of getting more information because the modeling has done for each region or research unit.
