Abstract
Perdagangan menggunakan kapal melalui jalur laut semakin tinggi karena dianggap murah dan dapat mengangkut muatan dalam jumlah yang besar. Dengan terus meningkatnya perdagangan di dunia, jumlah kapal yang akan digunakan untuk mengangkut muatan antar pelabuhan sangatlah tinggi. Mengingat pentingnya masalah ini, kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam siklus perdagangan ini dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap ekonomi global. Kecelakaan kapal dengan crane di dermaga menjadi masalah penting karena dapat menyebabkan disrupsi proses bisnis di pelabuhan, sehingga pelabuhan dapat mengalami kerugian yang cukup besar. Pengembangan Business Continuity Management dilakukan untuk mengatasi disrupsi yang mungkin terjadi di semua proses bisnis. Tugas akhir ini akan menganalisa Business Continuity Management berbasis asuransi menggunakan House of Risk untuk menentukan risiko tubrukan kapal dengan crane. Berdasarkan hasil analisa House of Risk, didapatkan Risk Agent tertinggi adalah kesalahan piloting dengan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential sebesar 565. Asuransi BII sebagai salah satu metode pemulihan bisnis dalam kasus ini menghadirkan klaim atas peningkatan biaya produktivitas sebesar Rp 977,349,265 dengan dampak peningkatan gross profit TPK sebesar 1% setelah kejadian tubrukan.

Seaborne trade is increasing because it is considered cheap and can carry large amount of cargo at a time. As trade continues to increase, the number of ships carrying cargo between ports is soaring up. Given the importance of this issue, allision incident at ports may generate significant impact on the economy. Allision is an important issue to deal with because it causes disruption of business process at port. Significant loss may be faced by ports because of the incident. Business Continuity Management is developed to overcome disruptions that may occur in every business. This thesis will analyze business continuity management insurance-based analysis using house of risk to determine the risk of allision. Based on the result of House of Risk, the highest Risk Agent rank is piloting error due to lack of competencies with an Aggregate Risk Potential valued at 565. BII insurance as a method of business recovery in this case presented a claim for an increase of productivity cost at Rp 977,349,265 which generates on gross profit increment of 1% after the incident.
