Abstract
Unmet need KB merupakan wanita kawin yang ingin menunda kehamilan, menjarangkan kehamilan dan tidak ingin mempunyai anak lagi namun tidak mengikuti KB. Unmet need KB setiap tahunnya memiliki target dengan angka tertentu. Berdasarkan fakta di lapangan diketahui angka unmet need KB di Jawa Barat tidak pernah tercapai sehingga menjadikan unmet need sebagai salah satu penyebab bertambahnya jumlah penduduk. Guna mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi status ketercapaian target unmet need, maka diperlukan metode untuk mengetahui faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tercapai atau tidaknya target unmet need di Jawa Barat yaitu dengan menggunakan metode regresi logistik biner dan metode regresi probit biner. Variabel respon yang digunakan pada penelitian status ketercapaian target unmet need yaitu tercapai atau tidaknya target unmet need Jawa Barat tahun 2019 sesuai dengan Renstra BKKBN 2015-2019 yaitu sebesar 10,15% dan 5 variabel prediktor yang digunakan serta diduga mempengaruhi status ketercapaian target unmet need di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 3 variabel yang terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap status ketercapaian target unmet need di Jawa Barat dengan kebaikan model bernilai 89%.

Unmet need for family planning is a married woman who wants to postpone pregnancy, sparse the pregnancy and does not want to have more children but does not attend family planning. Every years unmet need KB has a target. Based on the facts the target of unmet need KB in West Java has never been reached and make unmet need one of the factor increase population. To find out what factors affect the unmet need target, a method needed to find out the factors that can affect reached or not the unmet need target achieved in West Java by using the binary logistic regression method and the binary probit regression method. The response variable used in the research is reached or not the unmet need target of West Java in 2019 based on Renstra BKKBN which is 10.15% and used 5 predictor which is suspected that affect unmet need status in West Java Province. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that 3 variables that proven significantly affect in the model with 89% classification accuracy.
