Abstract
Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, peningkatan jumlah, macam dan teknologi asset fisik berupa alat bongkar muat juga meningkat. Hal ini berimbas pada strategi untuk melakukan perawatan pada alat tersebut. Salah satu alat bongkar/muat Terminal Untuk Kepentingan Sendiri PT. Petrokimia Gresik (TUKS PG) adalah Continous Ship Unloader 2 (CSU 2) yang berfungsi sebagai alat bongkar material curah untuk menunjang kegiatan produksi PT.Petrokimia. CSU 2 adalah alat yang mempunyai rata-rata waktu downtime paling tinggi diantara alat bongkar/muat lain. Komponen berupa screw conveyor, merupakan salah satu penyumbang tertinggi downtime sekaligus merupakan komponen kritis pada CSU 2 yang berfungsi sebagai komponen pengangkut material curah. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya tariff bongkar/muat. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan perumusan masalah, pengumpulan data, mendeskripsikan sistem lalu menganalisa sistem tersebut dengan metode reliability Centered Maintenance II.. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II akan mengidentifikasi fungsi system, kegagalan system dan penyebabnya, dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil dari penelitian diharapkan akan bisa menentukan Maintenance Task yang bisa menjadi pertimbangan perusahaan untuk menentukan model maintenance pada screw Conveyor CSU 2. ========================================================= Physical asset’s varieties and technologies are increasing along with the time. Because of this, the strategy to do the maintenance program is also increased based to the asset. Continous Ship Unloader (CSU) 2 is one of the asset that belongs to PT. Petrokimia Gresik, and utilized for continuous transport of bulk materials. The utilization of CSU also support the production of PT. Petrokimia. The downtime rate of CSU 2 is one of the most high among another loading/unloading asset. Screw conveyors not only the main components of CSU 2, but also the major contributor of the downtime that occurs in CSU 2. Screw conveyor’s main function is to transport bulk materials from the cargo vessel to belt conveyor installed at port. The impact of high rate of downtime that occurs is to loading/unloading tariff for PT. Petrokimia. This research is started with gathering problems, collecting data, describe the system, and analyzing the system with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II methods. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II will identified the primary and secondary function of the system, the functional failure, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). The result of this studi inform to determine the maintenance task that can be considered by the corporation to do the maintenance for screw conveyor of continuous ship unloader.
