Abstract
Safety merupakan keutamaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan
produksi pada industri. Keamanan dalam pabrik perlu
diperhatikan terutama terhadap node study dengan tekanan tinggi
seperti gas scrubber. Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan
analisis untuk mengetahui peluang risiko bahaya yang bisa terjadi
pada gas scrubber. Besarnya risiko bahaya harus diimbangi
dengan adanya sistem pengamanan (SIS). Sistem gas scrubber
dianalisa resiko bahaya dengan metode HAZOP serta dihitung
tingkat keamanan SIL melalui metode LOPA. Berdasarkan
penelitian yang dilakukan pada tugas akhir ini, gas scrubber
memiliki risiko bahaya tinggi (high risk) pada komponen PT-222,
PT-221, dan FT-221. Tingkat keamanan gas scrubber tergolong
SIL 0 dengan masing-masing pfd pada SIf adalah 0,39 pada FCV221,
0,55 pada SDV-221, 0,45 pada LCV-222, dan 0,45 pada
BDV-222. Sehingga dilakukan rekomendasi dengan metode
LOPA untuk manambahkan BPCS pada pengendalian pressure
dan ALARM HH LL pada pengendalian flow dan level

Safety is a virtue in carrying out production activities in an
industry. Safety for plant system need to be considered, especially
against high pressure node such as gas scrubber. In this research
hazard is analyzed to determine risks that could happen to gas
scrubber. Risk of harm must be followed by the safety
instrumented system (SIS). The system of gas scrubber is analyzed
by HAZOP and the SIL calculated with the LOPA method. Based
on this final project, superheat burner has a high risk category
for instruments PT-221, PT-222, and FT-221. Safety integrity
level of gas scrubber classified SIL 0 with each pfd on SIF are
0,39 on FCV-221, 0,55 on SDV-221, 0,45 on LCV-222, and 0,45
on BDV-222., so it needs to recommendate to install BPCS on
pressure control, and ALARM HH LL on flow and level control
