Abstract
Metode pengadukan bubuk cokelat saat ini masih menggunakan metode manual, yaitu dengan menimbang bahan satu per satu kemudian di aduk manual.Dengan menggunakan metode ini waktu produksi kurang effisien. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat sebuah alat pengaduk tepat guna untuk mempercepat proses produksi bubuk cokelat.
Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan pembuatan mesin pengaduk dengan sistem otomatis. Ketika mesin di hubungkan ke arus listrik maka LCD akan menyala.Terdapat pilihan menu sesuai kebutuhan yang di inginkan kemudian klik tombol select pada push button. Kemudian arduino akan mengolah sinyal sesuai dengan program yang dibuat sebelumnya kemudian mengintruksikan pwm mengatur kecepatan dan waktu pada driver sesuai pemilihan level dan memberi relay tegangan listrik sebesar 5 volt. Kemudian motor akan menyala secara otomatis. Setelah proses pengadukan selesai akan muncul tulisan di LCD yaitu proses selesai dan motor akan berhenti secara otomatis.
Mesin pengaduk berhasil mempercepat waktu produktivitas sehingga tingkat produksi bubuk cokelat bisa meningkat hingga 2 kali lipat dalam sehari.

Mixing method chocolate powder is still using manual methods , weighing the ingredients one by one and then mixing manual. By using this method is less efficient production time. Therefore, it needs to make an appropriate mixer to increase the productivity process of cocoa powder.
In this final project will be making a mixer with an automatic system. When the machine is connected to an electric, the LCD will turn on. There is choice level according to the needs desired and then click the select button on the push button. Then Arduino change the signal according to the program before, and then instructions pwm drivers set the speed and time in the selection of the appropriate level and give the relay voltage of 5 volts. Then the electric motor will turn on automatic. After the mixing process is complete, will appear in the LCD is the process is finished and the electric motor will stop automatic.
Mixer machine success to increase production time of mixing chocolate powder. So it can increase the productivity up to double production for day.
