Abstract
Banjir merupakan gangguan yang mengganggu aktifitas
masyarakat. Salah satu daerah yang terkena banjir adalah daerah
Benowo sampai Babat Jerawat. Untuk mengatasi banjir pada
daerah Benowo dan Babat Jerawat maka perlu dianalisa penyebab
terjadinya banjir di daerah tersebut.
Dalam penulisan tugas akhir dilakukan analisis debit
rencana, kapasitas eksisting saluran, dan backwater dari hilir
saluran. Jika kapasitas eksisting saluran lebih kecil dari pada debit
rencana maka direncanakan normalisasi saluran yang tidak
mampu menampung debit eksisting dan perencanaan kolam
retensi pada saluran Sememi bila ada efek back water.
Dari hasil analisa diketahui daerah Benowo dan Babat
Jerawat terkena banjir karena luapan dari saluran Gunung sari
yang tidak dapat menampung debit rencana dan efek back water
dari saluran Sememi. Solusi untuk permasalahan banjir adalah
redesign saluran Gunung Sari, pembuatan kolam retensi di
saluran Sememi dengan kapasitas tampungan 80000 m3
dilengkapi pintu air dan pompa dengan kapasitas total pompa
sebesar 6 m3/det.

Flood is a disturbance of human activities. One of the
affected areas is Benowo until Babat Jerawat. To solve the flood
at Benowo and Babat Jerawat, it is necessary to analyze the
cause of flood at that area.
In this thesis analyzed the debit plan, existing capacity of
the channel, and backwater effect of downstream channel. If the
existing capacity of the channel is smaller than the debit plan, so
it needed a normalization plan of channels that are not able to
accommodate the existing debit and made a retention pool when
there was a back water effect at Sememi channel.
The result of the analysis is flood at Benowo and Babat
Jerawat affected by the overflowing of Gunung sari channels that
can not accommodate the debit plan and there was a back water
effect of the channel Sememi. The solution to solve the problem of
flood is redesign of Gunung Sari channel, the manufacture of
retention pool in the Sememi channel with 80000 m3 storage
capacity using sluice gates and pump stations with a total
capacity of 6 m3 / s.
