Abstract

PT. Pupuk Kaltim adalah perusahaan produsen pupuk urea
terbesar di Indonesia yang saat ini sedang melakukan penambahan
pabrik. Dengan adanya penambahan beban maka PT Pupuk Kaltim juga
melakukan penambahan daya yang dibangkitkan. Penambahan
pembangkit baru dilakukan di pabrik PKT-5. Dengan pemasangan
generator 2x30MW diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.
Penambahan pembangkit ini berpengaruh pada arus hubung singkat
(Short Circuit Current) pada setiap bus terutama pada bus 33kV yang
saling terintegrasi.
Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan setting koordinasi
rele seperti pengaman diferensial pada setiap bus utama pada sistem
intergrasi 33kV dan ground fault sebagai back up apa bila rele
diferensial gagal mengamankan. Analisa pada tugas akhir ini diharapkan
dapat membantu dalam mengamankan atau mencegah kerusakan pada
peralatan dan jaringan listrik

PT. Pupuk Kaltim is the largest producer company of fertilizer
urea in Indonesia which is currently doing the addition of the factory.
With the addition of the load then PT Pupuk Kaltim also did the addition
of the power generated. The addition of new plants is done in factory
PKT-5. With the installation of a generator of 2x30MW is expected to
improve the company's performance. The addition of this plant effect on
currents of short circuit (Short Circuit Current) on each bus is mainly on
33kV bus integrated with each other.
The purpose of this final assignment will be done setting rele
like differential protection coordination on any main bus on the system
intergration 33kV and ground fault as a back up when the differential
failed. Analysis on the final project is expected to help in securing or
preventing damage to equipment and electricity networks
