Abstract

sehingga rawan terjadi musibah gempa dikarenakan bertemunya
tiga lempeng tektonik utama dunia. Sebagai solusi atas kerusakan
rumah warga akibat gempa, Pemerintah membuat posko
pengungsian sementara untuk warga. Dampak buruk terjadi
ketika korban musibah gempa terlalu lama tinggal di pengungsian
sehingga muncul permasalahan baru seperti permasalahan
direncanakan. Digunakan juga angkur baut BJ 50 diameter 12
mm sebagai penghubung antar elemen precast.

Indonesia is located in an area with a high intensity earthquake.
It is occurred due to the convergence of three major tectonic
plates of the world. As a solution to the destruction of homes due
to the earthquake, the Government made a temporary evacuation
shelters for citizens. The adverse effects occurred when the
earthquake victims living in camps for too long so that new
problems arise such as health and sanitation issues that make the
victim's earthquake condition worse. As a solution, they need
earthquake resistant house, quickly got up and safe to use for
people in refugee camps to reduce the negative impact of too long
living in refugee camps. Design of this simple house is modeled
with the help of software SAP 2000 and the response spectrum
earthquake is in the city Padang Sidempuan as a region of high
seismic intensity. In addition, all of element use precast
lightweight concrete material Autoclaved Aerated Concrete f'c 11
MPa based on knockdown systems to facilitate and speed up the
execution time. The results obtained are used wall panels with
dimensions of 150cm x 100cm x 15cm with the wertical and
horizontal main reinforcement D10-100. The sloof beam and ring
beam use main reinforcement 4D10 and crossbar ф6-80. For the
base foundation, the dimensions is 100cm x 100cm x 20 cm, with
the main reinforcement 8D13. And the column of foundation use
the main reinforcement 12 D13 with the crossbar ф6-100. And for the connector of every precast element use the t 6mm steel BJ
37 by the shaped that have been designed. And also use the bolt
diameter 12 mm BJ 50 as an anchor to each precast element.
