Abstract
PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia merupakan BUMN yang bergerak dibidang jasa layanan telekomunikasi dan jaringan di wilayah Indonesia. Banyaknya customer PT Telkom baik dari instansi pemerinatahan, perusahaan swasta maupun perorangan membuat PT Telkom harus memberikan pelayanan dengan baik, cepat dan tepat. Salah satu cara untuk membuat efektif pekerjaan karyawannya, maka diperlukan suatu website untuk mempermudah pekerjaan mereka.
Salah satu layanan yang dapat digunakan oleh karyawan yaitu website generate nomor surat. Website ini merupakan portal atau tempat yang menyediakan layanan generate nomor surat secara otomatis. Website ini tentunya memudahkan administrasi untuk melakukan checking terhadap surat yang keluar setiap harinya, melihat kesesuaian surat yang dibuat, serta dapat digunakan sebagai penyimpanan surat yang sudah keluar pada periode tertentu. Website generate nomor surat dibuat dengan melihat berbagai kebutuhan karyawan PT Telkom dan kebutuha website lainnya.

The large number of PT Telkom customers, both from government agencies, private companies and individuals, makes PT Telkom have to provide good, fast and precise services. One way to make the work of employees effective is that a website is needed to make their work easier.
One of the services that can be used by employees is the letter number generating website. This website is a portal or a place that provides automatic letter number generation services. This website certainly makes it easier for administrators to check the letters that come out every day, see the suitability of letters made, and can be used as storage of letters that have come out at a certain period. The letter number generator website is created by looking at the various needs of PT Telkom employees and the needs of other websites.
