Abstract

PT. XYZ saat ini menjalankan berbagai bidang usaha, diantaranya meliputi produk industri, jasa tenaga kerja, pemeliharaan peralatan dan perdagangan umum, jasa travel, persewaan, dan wisata. PT. XYZ menerapkan sistem ERP untuk meningkatkan perkembangan bisnis, efektivitas, dan efisiensi dalam manajemen maupun organisasi perusahaan. Penggunaan sistem ERP di perusahaan juga berkaitan dengan karakteristik pelaku, budaya, proses bisnis, serta karakteristik organisasi di lingkup perusahaan. Penerapan sistem ERP di perusahaan ini masih baru diimplementasikan pada bulan Februari 2020 sehingga belum diketahui efisiensi dan kesesuaian penggunaan sistem ERP pada PT. XYZ. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai seberapa besar kesesuaian implementasi sistem ERP di PT. XYZ.
Pengumpulan data berasal dari kuesioner yang disebar ke setiap unit usaha PT. XYZ. Kuesioner memuat pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang dijawab oleh koresponden dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan model evaluasi terintegrasi yaitu model kesuksesan sistem ERP dengan DeLone and McLean, model penerimaan dengan UTAUT 2, dan model kesesuaian manusia-organisasi-teknologi dengan HOT Fit yang dimodifikasi dan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik perusahaan agar dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai kesesuaian sistem ERP. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SEM-GeSCA dan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 14 hipotesis, terdapat 12 hipotesis yang memiliki hubungan positif signifikan dan 2 hipotesis memiliki hubungan positif tidak signifikan. 2 hipotesis ini yaitu pengaruh technology factor terhadap use dan pengaruh organization factor terhadap use. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, sistem ERP yang diterapkan terbukti efektif dan efisien. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat menjadi bahan rekomendasi dan saran dalam mengembangkan penelitian selanjutnya.

At this time, PT. XYZ operates various business sectors, including industrial products, labor services, equipment maintenance, and general trading, travel services, rentals and tours.PT. XYZ implements an ERP system to improve business development, effectiveness and efficiency in their corporate management and also organization. The use of ERP system in companies is also related to the individual characteristics, culture, business processes, and organizational characteristics within the company scope. The implementation of the ERP system at this company has onlu been implemented since February 2020, so it is not yet know the efficiency and suitability of using the ERP system at PT. XYZ. This encourages researcher to conduct reseacrh on how much the suitability of the ERP system implementation at PT. XYZ.
Data collection comes from questionnaires which are distributed to each business unit of PT. XYZ. The questionnaire contains questions answered by correspondents using a Likert scale. The data will be analyzed using integrated evaluation models, such as the ERP system success model with DeLone and McLean, the acceptance model with UTAUT 2, and the human-organization-technology suitability model with HOT Fit which is modified and adjusted to company characteristics in order to provide an overview of the suitability of the ERP system. The data is processed using SEM-GeSCA and SPSS software. The results of this study are from 14 hypotheses, there are 12 hypotheses that have a significant positive relationship and 2 hypotheses that have a positive insignificant relationship. These 2 hypotheses are the influence of technology factors on use and the influence of organization factors on use. From the research conducted, the ERP system implemented have proved to be effective and efficient. The results of the analysis carried out can be used as material for recommendations and suggestions in developing further research.
