Abstract

User story terdiri dari tiga aspek, yaitu: aspect of who (stakeholder), aspect of what (fungsional), dan aspect of why (alasan).

Requirements elicitation is a core process in engineering requirements and has a large impact on the success of software development. There are several techniques in the elicitation of software requirements, such as user interviews, questionnaires, document analysis, and brainstorming. Most of these techniques require deep stakeholder involvement. However, not all software projects can do this because of time constraints and the availability of stakeholders. So the system analyst needs to increase knowledge of a software domain that will be built. In agile software development, user stories are the de facto standard used to capture and write functional software requirements. User story is an appropriate and easy-to-understand format for writing the results of the requested software requirements. The user story consists of three aspects, namely: aspect of who (stakeholder), aspect of what (functional), and aspect of why (reason).
This research proposes word embedding to extract aspects of what from online news so as to increase understanding of domain knowledge, especially software functionality. To get extraction results that are relevant to functional software, a comparison of term frequencies between the corpus from SRS and online news to produce software-specific vocabulary, build vector space from online news corpus, and extraction of semantically related terms.
The results of this proposed method show the average of precision and recall values of 60.97% and 61.03%, respectively. So it can be indicated the proposed method produces aspects of what are relevant to the software functionality. In addition, the reliability of this proposed method is measured based on annotator agreement with the Kappa method that produces an agreement level of 0.61. Thus, it can be indicated that the proportion of agreement between the annotators with this method is substantial.
