Abstract

Mega proyek LRT JABODEBEK merupakan salah satu proyek strategis pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi kemacetan di Ibukota Jakarta. Pembangunan proyek LRT sebagai sarana transportasi umum bagi masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara pemerintah untuk dapat menghindari serta mereduksi kemacetan di titik-titik kemacetan kota Jakarta. Pembangunan struktur atas proyek LRT ini menggunakan tipe girder “U” yang biasa disebut U-Box girder. U-Box girder pada proyek LRT JABODEBEK merupakan penggunaan girder jenis “U” pertama di Indonesia. Oleh karenanya, berbagai jenis risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada pelaksanaan proyek ini perlu di eksplorasi.
Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan merespon risiko pelaksanaan konstruksi dan kecelakaan kerja pada kegiatan mobilisasi dan pemasangan U-Box girder khususnya pada proses erection dan post-tensioning. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada 18 risiko terkait proses mobilisasi, erection, dan post-tensioning U-Box girder dan terdapat 16 risiko terkait kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) pada proyek LRT JABODEBEK. Salah satu variabel risiko terbesar merupakan risiko Mesin crane mengalami kegagalan fungsi, respon yang harus dilakukan adalah melakukan pengecekan terhadap peralatan yang digunakan dalam proses erection dan menggunakan operator yang berpengalaman dalam pengoperasian alat untuk mengurangi human error pada pekerja konstruksi selama proses mobilisasi, erection, dan post-tensioning U-Box girder.

The mega project LRT JABODEBEK is one of the government’s strategic projects that aim to reduce traffic cogestion that occurs in the Indonesian’s capital. The construcion of the LRT project as public transportation for the community is one way for the government to be able to avoid and reduce traffic at traffic jam points in the city of Jakarta. The construction of the upper structure of this LRT project used a “U” type girder which is commonly called a U-Box girder.The U-Box girder in the LRT JABODEBEK project is the first use of thee “U” type girder in Inodonesia. Therefore various types of risks that may occur in the implementation of this project need to explored..
This final project aims to identify, analyze, and respond to the risks of construction and work accidents in the mobilization and installtion of U-Box girder, especially in the erection and post-tensioning processess. The results of this study indicate that there are 18 risks related to mobilization, erection, and post-tensioning processess of the U-Box girder and there are 16 risks related to occupational health and safety (OHS) in the JABODEBEK LRT project. One of the biggest risk variables is the risk of the Crane machine expriencing malfunction, the response that must be done is to check the equipment used in the erection process, use operators who are experienced in operating the crane to reduce human error in construction worker, during the mobilization, erection, and post-tensioning processess of the U-Box girder.
