Abstract

Pada awal tahun 2020, Indonesia dilanda wabah virus Covid-19 yang menyebabkan terjadinya berbagai perubahan dari sisi bisnis, salah satunya dalam sektor perbankan sehingga manajemen perbankan dituntut untuk terus berusaha meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dalam hal ini, PT. BPR Sorong Sejahtera Suskses (SSS) harus mampu mengembangkan perusahaannya. Namun saat ini PT. BPR SSS hanya mengukur kinerjanya berdasarkan aspek keuangan saja. Sehubungan dengan hal itu, diperlukan sistem penilaian kinerja yang mampu menggambarkan kondisi kinerja perusahaan secara komprehensif melihat perspektif yang ada dalam perusahaan. Salah satu aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengembangkan perusahaan yaitu mengukur kinerja dan mengevaluasi hasil kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara kepada pihak expert. Pada penelitian ini data akan diolah menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan 16 sasaran strategis dan 22 Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Bobot perspektif yang
paling tinggi adalah perspektif financial, setelah itu perspektif customer, internal business process, dan learning and growth. KPI dengan bobot tertinggi pada
perspektif financial yaitu peningkatan laba, perspektif customer yaitu persentase profitability customer. Pada perspektif internal business process yaitu peningkatan
kualitas pelayanan. Sedangkan pada perspektif learning and growth yaitu peningkatan produktivitas karyawan.

In early 2020, Indonesia was hit by the Covid-19 virus outbreak, which caused various changes from the business side, one of which was in the banking sector so
that banking management was required to continue to strive to improve its performance. In this case, PT. BPR Sorong Sejahtera Suskses (SSS) must be able to develop its company. However, currently PT. BPR SSS only measures its performance based on financial aspects. In this connection, a performance appraisal system is needed that is able to describe the condition of the company's performance comprehensively by looking at the existing perspectives of the company. One of the activities that can be done to develop a company is measuring performance and evaluating the results of company performance. This research aims to design a performance measurement system with the Balanced Scorecard approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by interviewing the expert. In this research,the data will be processed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). From the results of this research, it was found 16 strategy objectives and 22 Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The highest perspective weight is the financial perspective, after that the customer perspective, internal business process, and learning and growth.KPI with the highest weight from the financial perspective is the increase in profit, the customer perspective is the percentage of customer profitability. In the internal business process perspective, namely improving service quality. Meanwhile, from the perspective of learning and growth, namely an increase in employee productivity.
