The growth of health facilities has been growing and increasing over the last five years. Meanwhile, the Covid-19 pandemic also made the health sector decrease. The changes of lifestyle and customer needs that prefer to digitizing health services also threaten the business model of Famelia Indonesia, a health clinic that focuses on pregnancy services where sales have started to decline and is demanded to change the existing business model to meet customer needs and improve service quality that can be applied in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to design a new business model in order to compete with excellence and competitiveness. The method used for data collection was semi-structural interviews to see the level of satisfaction and priority needs of customers and a group discussion forum with the CEO, managers and staff of Famelia Indonesia. The results of data acquisition will be processed using the stage method of Design Thinking. A new business model was found from Famelia in the form of an application and a website with a new service system in the form of a yoga system, homecare, education as a new parent and a special consultation class. Furthermore, a strategy recommendation is designed for a new business model from Famelia's servants who have been validated to develop the implementation of a new business model from Famelia. The contribution of the results of this research is expected to be able to design a new business model that can be implemented in Famelia Indonesia as well as direct technical development for the implementation of a business model for the new services offered by Famelia Indonesia.
