Abstract
ITS merupakan salah satu pusat riset dan penelitian ilmiah yang memiliki kombinasi unik antara berbagai bidang ilmu. Hal ini menyebabkan penelitian inter, trans, dan multi-disipliner marak dilakukan oleh civitas akademika ITS. Sebagai pusat riset dan penelitian ilmiah, ITS menyediakan fasilitas penyedia koleksi pustaka sebagai bahan penunjang penelitian dan kegiatan belajar mengajar melalui perpustakaan umum dan ruang baca di ITS. Namun, penerapan proses bisnis dan ketentuan transaksi sirkulasi yang berlaku bisa menjadi cukup beragam antar tiap ruang baca, sehingga dapat menghambat civitas akademika ITS dalam mendapatkan sumber referensi yang diinginkan. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan aplikasi ILL-ITS sebagai aplikasi sistem sirkulasi interlibrary loan dalam lingkungan ITS dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk menjembatani semua transaksi sirkulasi antara civitas akademika ITS dengan tiap ruang baca dan perpustakaan umum di ITS, dengan mempertimbangkan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku di tiap ruang baca beserta pemenuhan kebutuhan pemustaka maupun pustakawan. Melalui aplikasi ILL-ITS, diharapkan dapat mempermudah civitas akademika ITS dalam menemukan sumber referensi dan dapat membantu meningkatkan laju penelitian di ITS.

ITS is one of the leading research center which has a unique combination of multiple scientific disciplines, which leads to a growing number of inter, trans, and multi-disciplinary research conducted by the civitas academica of ITS. As a research center, ITS also provides learning facitilies in forms of the central library and reading rooms to support gathering of materials to be used as reference resources and as supplements for teaching and learning activities. However, the process business and policies regarding book loan systems may vary in each reading rooms, which may cause a hindrance to civitas academica of ITS in the process of collecting the necessary reference resources.
To solve the problems mentioned above, an interlibrary loan systems application in ITS (ILL-ITS), is developed using Laravel framework. The purpose of this app is to be the main system for all book loaning transactions that occurred between civitas academica of ITS and the central library as well as the reading rooms in ITS, with regards to each policies enacted by the reading rooms of ITS and the fulfillment of user needs based on the viewpoints of both library users and librarians. Through the development of ILL-ITS, it is hoped that the application can make it easier for civitas academica of ITS to get the necessary reference resources and by extension, can help increasing the rate of researches in ITS
