Abstract

Badan Pengatur Hilir dan Minyak Gas (BPH Migas) mendorong untuk melakukan digitalisasi nozzle di seluruh SPBU. Dalam menanggapi hal tersebut, salah satu bentuk digitalisasi SPBU adalah dengan membuat SPBU swalayan semakin banyak. Kehadiran dari SPBU Swalayan, masih belum diterima dengan baik. Pengusaha masih enggan untuk membuka SPBU swalayan karena dianggap belum yakin dengan masyarakat dalam menggunakan nozzle dengan hati-hati. Masyarakat juga masih enggan menggunakan SPBU Swalayan. Untuk itu diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tanggapan dan penerimaan masyarakat terhadap SPBU Swalayan ini dibangun model yang menggambarkan penerimaan SPBU Swalayan berdasarkan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Technology Readiness Index (TRI). Dimulai dengan membangun model yang terdiri dari variabel laten TAM dan TRI sebagai variabel eksternal. Model yang dibangun diestimasi dan diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Kemudian dilakukan pengukuran berkaitan dengan tingkat penerimaan tersebut dan didapatkan hasil bahwa masyarakat memiliki tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi terhadap SPBU swalayan ini. Namun beberapa variabel yang mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan tersebut perlu untuk ditindaklanjuti. Dengan demikian, rekomendasi untuk pengusaha SPBU swalayan adalah membuka SPBU swalayan baru di Jakarta.

Badan Pengatur Hilir dan Minyak Gas (BPH Migas) encourages the digitalization of the nozzle in all gas stations. In response, one form of gas station digitalization is to add more self-service gas stations. However, their presence is still not well received. Entrepreneurs are still reluctant about developing a self-service gas station due to the belief that the public is not capable of using the nozzle carefully. The public is just as reluctant because they are not accustomed to operating the nozzle. For this reason, research is needed to determine the response and public acceptance of this Self-Service SPBU built a model that describes the acceptance of Self-Service SPBU based on the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Technology Readiness Index (TRI). Starting with building a model consisting of the latent variables TAM and TRI as external variables. The model built is estimated and tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Then the measurement is carried out in relation to the level of acceptance and the results show that the community has a high level of acceptance of this self-service SPBU. However, several variables that affect the level of acceptance need to be followed up. Thus, the recommendation for self-service SPBU entrepreneurs is to open a new self-service SPBU in Jakarta.
