Abstract

Gedung Apartemen Griya Tawang Surabaya merupakan gedung apartemen atau rumah tinggal vertical yang terdiri dari 10 lantai dan 2 basement dan berlokasi di kota Surabaya provinsi Jawa Timur. Pada proyek pembangunan ini diperlukan perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan yang tepat untuk mengetahui seberapa besar biaya yang diperlukan dan bagaimana menghitung waktu yang pelaksanan dari pembangunan proyek tersebut. Untuk tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode precast half slab pada bagian pelat dan untuk elemen yang lain tetap menggunakan metode konvensional. Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan dihitung mulai dari pondasi hingga lantai atap.
Untuk merencanakan biaya, harus menentukan metode pelaksanaan dan juga mengetahui durasi pekerjaan terlebih dahulu. Maka diperlukan melakukan perhitungan volume terlebih dahulu lalu mengetahui nilai produktivitas setiap jenis pekerjaan. Jadi untuk mendapatkan nilai durasi pekerjaan didapat dari perhitungan volume dibagi produktivitas. Perhitungan nilai produktivitas tersebut didapat dari survey di lapangan.. Hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat dijadikan input pada aplikasi software Microsoft Project untuk penyusunan jadwal setiap pekerjaan.
Pada hasil akhir perhitungan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek ini didapatkan durasi pekerjaan struktur beton dengan bantuan software Microsoft Project selama 289 hari dan total biaya yang didapatkan melalui perhitungan sebesar Rp 14,629,776,845 ,-

Griya Tawang Surabaya Apartment is an apartment building or vertical residence consisting of 10 floors and 2 basements and is located in the city of Surabaya, East Java. In this project, it is necessary to calculate the cost budget plan and the exact time of implementation to find out how much cost is needed and how to calculate the implementation time of the project development. For this final project using the precast half slab method on the plate and for other elements still use the conventional method. Calculation of costs and implementation time is calculated from the foundation to the roof floor
To plan costs, you must determine the implementation method and also know the duration of the work in advance. So it is necessary to do volume calculations first and then know the productivity value of each type of work. So to get the value of the duration of the work is obtained from calculating the volume divided by productivity. The calculation of the productivity value is obtained from field surveys.
The results of these calculations can be used as input in the Microsoft Project software application for scheduling each job. In the final results of calculating the cost and implementation time of this project, the duration of the concrete structure work with the help of Microsoft Project software is 289 days and the total cost obtained through the calculation is IDR 14,629,776,845 ,-
