Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Diklat BPK Penabur yang terletak di Gading Serpong Tangerang merupakan salah satu proyek yang dimiliki oleh Badan Pendidikan Kristen Penabur. Proyek ini dibangun diatas lahan seluas 3943 m2 yang terdiri dari 9 lantai.
Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi dan menyusun jadwal pelaksanaan menggunakan program bantu Ms.Project dan perhitungan biaya berdasarkan brosur dan standart harga di kota Tangerang.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil biaya pekerjaan senilai Rp. 19.835.943.689,- dengan waktu pelaksanaan 296 hari kalender.

The Project for Construction of BPK Penabur Diklat Building
located in Gading Serpong Tangerang is one of the projects owned by the
Badan Pendidikan Kristen Penabur. This project was built on an area of
3943 m2 consisting of 9 floors.
Calculation of costs and time on this project is done by calculating
the volume, productivity, duration and arranging the implementation
schedule using the MS Project auxiliary program and cost calculation
based on brochures and standard prices in the city of Tangerang.
Based on the results of calculations that have been made, the
results of the work cost of Rp. 19.835.943.689,-,- with the implementation
of 296 calendar days.
