Abstract
Persaingan bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga semua organisasi bisnis berlomba-lomba untuk sukses dan berharap untuk lebih unggul dari para pesaingnya, tetapi terkadang kesuksesan yang diharapkan tidak dapat dicapai. Salah satu penyebab permasalahan tersebut adalah waste yang berlebihan. Tindakan korektif merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meminimalkan pemborosan atau masalah yang terjadi di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode lean six sigma, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC). Pada tahap define membuat value stream mapping dan mengidentifikasi critical waste, tahap pengukuran mencari nilai Defect Per Million Opportunities (DPMO), level sigma, dan kapabilitas proses. Pada tahap analisis menganalisis akar penyebab waste kritis dengan menggunakan 5-whys dan tahap perbaikan menerapkan Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify (ECRS), Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (Theory of Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch, TRIZ), dan Seri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke (5S). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waste defect merupakan critical waste dengan nilai 25%, DPMO 13128,75 serta Level Sigma perusahaan berada pada 3.7 sigma dan nilai Kapabilitas proses adalah 1,63. Hasil 5-whys menunjukkan bahwa waste defect disebabkan oleh beberpaa hal, yaitu tidak ada alat angkut untuk menggantikan tenaga karyawan, belum ada standar kualitas secara formal, Kurangnya kesadaran atas health & safety dan adonan mortar belum matang. Solusi perbaikan pada waste defect adalah perlu melakukan pelatihan serta evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan SOP, melakukan pembersihan lantai produksi, pemasangan CCTV di mesin pengaduk (mixer) untuk menghindari pengadukan ulang, melakukan peneyesuaian tentang standar kualitas batako yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, dan membutuhkan alat angkut batako yang fleksibel, mudah digunakan, mudah diperbaiki, dan murah.

Today's business competition is getting more challenging, so all business organizations are vying for success and hoping to be superior to their competitors, but sometimes the expected success cannot be achieved. One of the causes of these problems is an excessive waste. Corrective action is one strategy to minimize waste or problems that occur in the company. This study uses the lean six sigma method, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC). In the define stage, create a value stream mapping and identify critical waste. The measurement stage looks for the Defect Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) value, sigma level, and process capability. In the analysis stage, analyzing the root causes of critical waste using 5-whys and the improvement stage applying Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, simplify (ECRS), Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (Theory of Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch, TRIZ), and Seri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke (5S). The results showed that the defect waste is a critical waste with a value of 25%, DPMO 13128.75, and the company's Sigma level is at 3.7 sigmas, and the value of process capability is 1.63. The 5-whys results show that several things cause the waste defect; namely, there is no means of transportation to replace employees, there is no formal quality standard, lack of awareness of health & safety, and immature mortar mix. The solutions for reducing the waste defect are to conduct training and evaluate the implementation of SOPs, clean the production floor, install CCTV in the mixer to avoid re-mixing, adapt the quality standards of bricks set by the government, and requires a brick transportation tool that is flexible, easy to use, easy to repair, and inexpensive.
