Abstract
Sebagai mahasiswa teknik sipil, kegiatan kerja praktik dilakukan dalam rangka pemenuhan wawasan mengenai implementasi teori yang telah didapatkan selama sesi perkuliahan di kelas. Diharapkan dengan adanya kerja praktik dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam permasalahan yang terjadi dilapangan dan solusi penyelesaian dari masalah yang ada. Adapun dalam laporan kegiatan kerja praktik ini, proyek konstruksi yang akan diamati yaitu Proyek Cisauk Point Apartment Banten. Proyek pembangunan apartemen ini merupakan hasil inisiasi dari PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) dan PT. Adhi Commuter Properti dalam menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat di wilayah pinggiran ibukota terhadap hunian tempat tinggal yang dekat dengan pusat transportasi massal. PT. Adhi Commuter Properti sebagai owner memberikan kepercayaan kepada PT. Adhi Persada Gedung sebagai kontraktor utama. Adapun dalam kegiatan kerja praktik ini akan diamati bagaimana metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur atas (pelat, balok, kolom, dinding geser, dan tangga) maupun struktur bawah (pile cap) bersamaan dengan peralatan dan perlengkapan yang digunakan. Kemudian akan diamati bagaimana penyelesaian permasalahan yang terjadi seperti akibat musim penghujan, pandemi COVID-19, dan juga terkait keadaan lingkungan sekitar. Adapun pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan kerja praktik dilakukan, terdapat penugasan yang diberikan baik dari Divisi Quality Control, Quantity Surveyor, dan Procurement. Penugasan berupa Non-Conformity Check, Checklist Hasil Penulangan, Perhitungan Volume, Rekapitulasi Vendor, dll cukup dapat menambah pengalaman dan wawasan dalam aplikasi ilmu ketekniksipilan di lapangan.

As a civil engineering student, practical work activities are carried out in order to fulfill insights regarding the implementation of theories that have been obtained during lecture sessions in class. It is hoped that the practical work can improve students' understanding of the problems that occur in the field and the solutions to the existing problems. As for this practical work activity report, the construction project to be observed is the Cisauk Point Apartment Banten Project. This apartment development project is the result of the initiation of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and PT. Adhi Commuter Properti in responding to the needs of people in the suburbs of the capital for residential housing close to mass transportation centers. PT. Adhi Commuter Properti as owner gives trust to PT. Adhi Persada Gedung as the main contractor. As for this practical work activity, it will be observed how the method of carrying out the work of the superstructure (plates, beams, columns, shear walls, and stairs) and substructure (pile cap) together with the equipment and supplies used. Then it will be observed how to solve problems that occur as a result of the rainy season, the COVID-19 pandemic, and also related to the state of the surrounding environment. Meanwhile, when the practical work activities were carried out, there were assignments from the Quality Control, Quantity Surveyor, and Procurement Divisions. Assignments in the form of Non-Conformity Checks, Reinforcement Results Checklists, Volume Calculations, Vendor Recapitulation, etc. are sufficient to add experience and insight in the application of civil engineering science in the field.
