Abstract
Kebutuhan lahan untuk Gedung hunian saat ini semakin meningkat akan tetapi jumlah lahan semakin terbatas, sehingga yang dapat dilakukan adalah mendirikan gedung bertingkat agar dapat menampung kapasitas yang besar di lahan terbatas. Selain itu, pembangunan gedung bertingkat saat ini harus didesain ekonomis, cepat penyelesainnya, mempunyai kekuatan struktur yang bagus, serta harus didesain tahan terhadap gempa. Salah satu alternatifnya yaitu menggunakan struktur baja beton komposit dengan sistem Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF) yang dapat menahan beban gempa. Struktur komposit mempunyai beberapa keuntungan, diantaranya adalah lebih kuat dan lebih kaku daripada struktur non-komposit, meningkatkan kinerja struktural, waktu pengerjaan terbilang lebih cepat, dan dapat mengurangi biaya material. Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF) merupakan suatu sistem struktur bangunan tahan gempa yang mempunyai kekakuan elastik yang sangat baik, daktilitas yang bagus, kemampuan menyerap energi yang cukup tinggi. Yang menjadi konsep utama dalam struktur EBF adalah elemen link ditetapkan sebagai bagian yang akan leleh, sedangkan elemen lain diharapkan tetap berada dalam kondisi elastis. Dalam proposal tugas akhir ini, Gedung Apartemen Grand Shamaya Surabaya yang awalnya menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dan terdiri dari 33 lantai, akan dimodifikasi menggunakan struktur baja beton komposit dengan sistem EBF dan disesuaikan jumlah lantai menjadi 20 lantai. Konfigurasi EBF yang digunakan yaitu Inverted-V Braced.
Perencanaan ini mengacu dan memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan SNI 1729-2015, AISC 341-10, SNI 1726-2019, SNI 1727-2018, dan SNI 2847-2019. Kata kunci: Struktur Komposit, Baja Beton Komposit, Eccentrically Braced Frames.

The need for land for residential buildings is currently increasing,
but the amount of land is increasingly limited, so what can be done
is to build multi-storey buildings so that they can accommodate
large capacities on limited land. In addition, the current
construction of high-rise buildings must be designed economically,
quickly completed, have good structural strength, and must be
designed to withstand earthquakes. One alternative is to use a
steel-concrete composite structure with an Eccentrically Braced
Frames (EBF) system that can withstand earthquake loads.
Composite structures have several advantages, including being
stronger and more rigid than non-composite structures, improving
structural performance, faster processing times, and reducing
material costs. Meanwhile, Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF) is
an earthquake-resistant structural system that has excellent elastic
stiffness, good ductility, and the ability to absorb high energy. The
main concept in the EBF structure is that the link element is defined
as the part that will yield, while the other elements are expected to
remain in an elastic condition.
In this final project proposal, the Grand Shamaya Surabaya
Apartment Building, which initially used a reinforced concrete
structure and consisted of 33 floors, will be modified using a steel�concrete composite structure with the EBF system and adjusted the
number of floors to 20 floors. The EBF configuration used is
Inverted-V Braced. This plan refers to and meets the structural
safety requirements based on SNI 1729-2015, AISC 341-10, SNI
1726-2019, SNI 1727-2018, and SNI 2847-2019.
