Abstract
BIM (Building Information Modeling) adalah salah satu teknologi inovatif dalam industri AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan BIM pada perusahaan konstruksi. BIM Maturity dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) digunakan sebagai variabel untuk mengukur implementasi BIM. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan responden praktisi dan manajer di perusahaan konstruksi yang telah menggunakan dan menerapkan BIM. Data kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Kuadran untuk memetakan kekuatan, kelemahan dan hambatan dalam penerapan BIM di perusahaan konstruksi. Untuk validasi model, salah satu perusahaan konstruksi milik negara -PT WXY (persero) Tbk., yang menggunakan BIM sebagai salah satu strategi bisnisnya - digunakan sebagai studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT.WXY (Persero) Tbk., secara umum telah menerima teknologi BIM, baik secara individu maupun organisasi; meliputi aspek teknologi, proses dan kebijakan. Berdasarkan hasil Quandrant Analysis, permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan BIM disebabkan oleh niat perilaku individu untuk menggunakan BIM. Selain itu, teknologi BIM membutuhkan investasi besar dan interoperabilitas perangkat lunak BIM. Ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten untuk menggunakan BIM juga perlu menjadi perhatian perusahaan.

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is one of the innovative technologies in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. This research aims to analyze the implementation of BIM in construction companies. BIM Maturity and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) were used as variables to measure BIM implementation. The questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection with respondent practitioners and managers in construction companies who have used and implemented BIM. The questionnaire data were then analyzed using Quadrant Analysis to map the strengths, weaknesses and obstacles in implementing BIM in construction companies. For model validation, one of the state-owned construction companies - PT WXY (persero) Tbk., which used BIM as one of their business strategies - was used ad a case study. The results showed that PT.WXY (Persero) Tbk., in general has accepted BIM technology, both individually and organizationally; covering aspects of technology, processes and policies. Based on the results of the Quandrant Analysis, the problems faced in the application of BIM are caused by the behavioral intention of individuals to use BIM. In addition, BIM technology requires a large investment and interoperability of BIM softwares. The availability of competent human resources to use BIM also needs to be a concern for the company.
