Abstract
PT Berkah Multi Cargo Logistic sebagai entitas bisnis PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) untuk menunjang serta mengembangkan bisnis logistik di wilayah kerja PT Pelindo III (Persero) dan dalam lingkup nasional. Pada Program Magang Kali ini semua anak magang PMMB berada di bawah naungan Pelindo Daya Sejahtera, dan di Tempatkan ke setiap Anak dan Cucu 10 Perusahaan dan divisi yang sesuai dengan Program Studi tiap Mahasiswa Magang, Saya Sendiri di tempatkan pada Divisi Operasional dan Teknik PT BMC Logistic yang bertanggung jawab ke Perawatan alat-alat Milik PT BMC seperti Reach Stacker, Truck, Forklift agar proses Produksi perusahaan dapat berjalan lancar. Perawatan adalah fungsi yang memonitor dan memelihara fasilitas pabrik, peralatan, dan fasilitas kerja dengan merancang, mengatur, menangani, dan memeriksa pekerjaan untuk menjamin fungsi dari unit selama waktu operasi (uptime) dan meminimisasi selang waktu berhenti (downtime) yang diakibatkan oleh adanya kerusakan maupun perbaikan (Manzini, 2010). oleh karena itu diperlukan rencana perawatan yaitu preventif maintenance yang terjadwal serta perlu adanya standar operasional prosedur perawatan.

PT Berkah Multi Cargo Logistics as a business entity of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) to support and develop the logistics business in the work area of PT Pelindo III (Persero) and in the national scope. In the Internship Program this time, all PMMB interns are under the auspices of Pelindo Daya Sejahtera, and are assigned to every child and grandson of 10 companies and divisions that are in accordance with the Study Program of each Internship Student, I myself was placed in the Operational and Engineering Division of PT BMC Logistics who is responsible for the maintenance of PT BMC's equipment such as Reach Stacker, Truck, Forklift so that the company's production process can run smoothly. Maintenance is a function that monitors and maintains factory facilities, equipment, and work facilities by designing, managing, handling, and inspecting work to ensure the function of the unit during uptime and minimize downtime caused by damage or failure. improvement (Manzini, 2010). Therefore, a maintenance plan is needed, namely scheduled preventive maintenance and the need for standard operating procedures for maintenance.
