Abstract

Dalam proses pengepresan hasil sablon kaos pada industri
rumahan sablon kaos masih menggunakan alat konvensional yaitu menggunakan alat pengepres manual yang harus dioperasikan dengan tenaga manusia, hal ini kurang efektif dan memakan waktu yang lebih banyak dan menimbulkan hasil pengepresan sablon yang kurang maksimal karena tidak adanya parameter yang menunjukkan lama waktu pengepresan, operator hanya mengira�ngira untuk lama waktu pengepresan hasil sablon kaos.
Berdasarkan permasalahan yang timbul, maka dibuat
perencanaan alat pengepres hasil sablon dengan menggunakan sistem kontrol elektropneumatik. Bertujuan untuk mempercepat waktu dan memaksimalkan hasil sablon dalam industri rumahan sablon kaos. Perencanaan dibuat melalui perhitungan yang benar sesuai dengan literatur yang akurat sehingga menjadikan perencanaan alat pengepres sablon kaos dengan sistem kontrol elektropneumatik berbasiskan teknologi dan otomasi. Dengan menggunakan komponen elektrik pendukung seperti timer, sensor�sensor, dan controller.
Dari uji coba didapatkan besar gaya 166 N. Proses
pengepresan menggunakan tekanan kerja 7 bar dengan holding time 10 detik. Silinder pneumatik yang digunakan untuk alat ini adalah jenis silinder double acting dengan diameter 20 mm, panjang stroke silinder 150 mm dengan konsumsi udara strandart 0,00287

In the process of pressing the results of the t-shirt screen
printing in the home industry, the t-shirt screen printing still uses
conventional tools, namely using a manual press that must be
operated by human power, this is less effective and takes more time
and causes less than optimal screen printing results due to the
absence of parameters shows the length of pressing time, the
operator only calculates the length of time for pressing the t-shirt
screen printing results.
Based on the problems that arise, the design of the screen
printing press is made using an electropneumatic control system.
Aims to speed up time and maximize screen printing results in the
home industry of t-shirt screen printing. Planning is made through
correct calculations in accordance with accurate literature so as
to make the planning of a t-shirt screen printing press with an
electropneumatic control system based on technology and
automation. By using supporting electrical components such as
timers, sensors, and controllers.
From the trial, it was found that the force was 166 N. The
pressing process used a working pressure of 7 bar with a holding
time of 10 seconds. The pneumatic cylinder used for this tool is a
double acting cylinder with a diameter of 20 mm, stroke 150 mm
x
with a standard air consumption of 0.00287
