Abstract
Rear wing merupakan salah satu perangkat atau komponen aerodinamika pada mobil. Dan rear wing berfungsi menambah downforce atau tekanan ke bawah pada mobil untuk mengurangi gaya angkat yang timbul akibat kecepatan tinggi.gaya angkat yang terjadi pada mobil mampu membuat mobil melayang dan tidak stabil saat melaju dalam kecepatan tinggi sehingga menyebabkan pengemudi kehilangan kontrol. Selain menambah tekanan bawah saat melaju kencang, rear wing juga mampu meningkatkan pengendalian mobil. Hal ini berkaitan dengan meningkatnya efek aerodinamis yang mempertahankan roda untuk tetap menempel di jalan.
Berdasarkan dampak negative yang ditimbulkan akibat mobil melaju kencang dan akibat tidak didukung oleh perangkat aerodinamika maka dibuatkan sistem kontrol elektropneumatik active rear wing pada mobil formula yang setidaknya meliliki dua posisi rear wing yang memiliki sudut yang berbeda. Posisi “up” atau sudut 24 derajat konfigurasi untuk cornering atau berbelok dengan memaksimalkan gaya downforce dan posisi “down”atau sudut membentuk 0 derajat konfigurasi untuk jalan lurus untuk meminimalkan gaya drag,
Pada active rear wing digunakan komponen elektropneumatik dan sistem kontrolnya untuk dapat mengubah sudut 0 derajat menjadi 24 derajat dengan hitungan 4 detik dan dapat menahan beban hingga 60 N
Sehingga mobil formula Nogogeni dengan menggunakan sistem kontrol elektropneumatik rear wing.

Rear wing is an aerodynamic device or component in a car. The rear wing functions also to add down force or downward pressure on the car to reduce the lift that arises due to high speed. The lifting force that occurs in the car can make the car float and become unstable when driving at high speed, until make the driver to lose control. In addition to increasing the pressure when going fast, the rear wing is also able to improve the control of the car. This is due to the increased aerodynamic effect that keeps the wheels on the road.
Based on the negative impact caused by the car going fast and not being supported by aerodynamics, an active rear wing electro pneumatic control system was made on a formula car that has at least two rear wing positions that have different angles. The "up" position or a 24 degree angle configuration for cornering or turning by maximizing down force and the "down" position or the angle forming a 0 degree configuration for a straight road to minimize drag.
The active rear wing uses electro pneumatic components and the control system to be able to change the angle of 0 degrees to 24 degrees with a count of 4 seconds and can withstand loads of up to 60 N.
Therefore, formula car by the Nogogeni team using the rear wing electro pneumatic control system can run optimally by taking into account the aerodynamic factors of a vehicle.
