Abstract
PT BIMA merupakan perusahaan yang melakukan perawatan alat di lingkup Pelindo III Group. Dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya, PT BIMA melaksanakan plan yang sudah dibuat oleh Pelindo. Plan yang dilaksanakan adalah preventive maintenance yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan Teori yang ada. Selain melakukan kegiatan pemeliharaan secara langsung, kebutuhan akan sparepart dan tools harus dipastikan dalam kondisi siap pakai. Sehingga diperlukan skill dalam hal ini maintenance plan dan management inventory untuk memastikan setiap kegiatan dapat berjalan optimal. Setiap bulannya PT BIMA melakukan stock opname dengan metode manual disetiap cabang kerja dan dilakukan setiap bulan untuk mengetahui update stok supaya real time. Keadaan demikian juga menyebabkan Plan dan Actual tidak berjalan dengan baik

The plan implemented is preventive maintenance in accordance with the needs of the company and the existing theory. In addition to carrying out direct maintenance activities, the need for spare parts and tools must be ensured in a ready-to-use condition. So that skills are needed in this case maintenance plan and inventory management to ensure every activity can run optimally. Every month PT BIMA conducts stock taking with the manual method in each branch of work and is carried out every month to find out stock updates so that it is real time. This situation also causes Plan and Actual not to go well
