Abstract

Instalasi listrik pada gedung merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhitungkan demi terciptanya gedung yang aman dan nyaman. Tantangan yang ada saat ini adalah bagaimana cara untuk menciptkan instalasi listrik yang hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan namun tetap aman sesuai dengan standard yang berlaku. Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini akan membahas mengenai perencanaan instalasi listrik berdasarkan standarisasi yang berlaku dan juga memberikan inovasi mengenai green technology berupa PV System dan Building Atomation System (BAS) untuk penghematan energinya. Adapun pokok pembahasan dalam tugas akhir ini meliputi perhitungan kebutuhan instalasi listrik, perencanaan penerangan, pendinginan udara, pengaplikasian PV System dan BAS, serta analisa penghematan energinya. Dari hasil perhitungan dan analisa diketahui bahwa total daya terpasang sebesar 615 kVA dan kapasitas trafo yang dipilih yaitu 1000 kVA, sedangkan keperluan genset dipilih dengan kapasitas 750 kVA. Untuk mengubungkan trafo dengan LVMDP digunakan kabel NYY 4x4x150 mm2 dan MCCB 1600 A/50 kA Dengan dilakukannya penilitian ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan instalasi listrik yang efisien, aman, hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan untuk gedung MIPA tower ITS.

Electrical installation in buildings is an important thing that needs to be taken into account in order to create a safe and comfortable building. The current challenge is how to create electrical installations that are energy efficient and environmentally friendly but still safe in accordance with applicable standards. In this final project research will discuss the planning of electrical installations based on applicable standards and also provide innovations regarding green technology in the form of PV Systems and Building Atomation Systems (BAS) for energy savings. The main topics of discussion in this final project include calculating the need for electrical installations, planning for lighting, air cooling, applying PV systems and BAS, and analyzing energy savings. From the calculation and analysis, it is known that the total installed power is 615 kVA and the selected transformer capacity is 1000 kVA, while the generator capacity is selected with a capacity of 750 kVA. To connect the transformer with LVMDP, NYY cables 4x4x150 mm2 and MCCB 1600 A/50 kA are used. With this research, it is expected to create efficient, safe, energy efficient and environmentally friendly electrical installations for the ITS MIPA tower building.
