Abstract
PT Petrokimia Gresik adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang solusi agroindustri seperti produksi pupuk, bahan kimia, kebutuhan peternakan serta jasa konstruksi dan engineering. Kegiatan produksi pupuk berlangsung 24 jam tanpa henti untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pupuk nasional dan untuk kepentingan ekspor. Kelancaran proses produksi dan distribusi menjadi faktor penting untuk mencapai terget yang telah ditentukan. Oleh karena itu peran Hydrated Slurry Pump P-2401 untuk memindahkan fluida berupa Phospat Slurry dituntut untuk dapat mencapai target.
Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan perawatan dengan menggunakan metode RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance). Metode RCM diharapkan dapat menetapkan scheduled maintenance dan dapat mengetahui secara pasti tindakan kegiatan perawatan (maintenance task) yang tepat yang harus dilakukan pada setiap komponen sistem untuk menurunkan tingkat downtime. Dari data historis kerusakan akan dilakukan analisa dengan analisa kuantitatif menggunakan distribusi statistik. Kemudian kegagalan dari komponen yang menyebabkan kegagalan fungsi pada sistem akan diidentifikasi menggunakan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Berikutnya dilanjutkan pada tahap RCM Decision Worksheet untuk mengetahui bagian dari sistem yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan pencegahan berdasarkan kegagalan yang telah terjadi agar kegagalan yang sama tidal terulang serta menentukan kegiatan perawatan yang tepat pada setiap komponen.
Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Reliasoft Weibull++ 6 dapat diketahui Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) dari sistem pompa P-2401 adalah 1267,33 jam, dan berdasarkan analisa nilai keandalan sistem pompa P-2401 dapat diketahui nilai keandalan sistem sebesar 0,5996 pada 1011 jam operasional. Komponen yang membutuhkan prioritas utama adalah komponen dengan nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu pada komponen impeller pompa dengan nilai RPN sebesar 96.Berdasarkan penyusunan RCM Decisiton Worksheet dari Hydrated Slurry Pump P-2401 diperoleh hasil yaitu terdapat 4 mode kegagalan yang dapat ditangani dengan Scheduled on Condition Task, 2 mode kegagalan dengan Scheduled Restoration Task, dan 1 mode kegagalan dengan Scheduled Discard Task.

PT Petrokimia Gresik is a company engaged in agro-industrial solutions such as the production of fertilizers, chemicals, livestock needs as well as construction and engineering services. Fertilizer production activities take place 24 hours non-stop to meet national fertilizer needs and for export purposes. The smooth process of production and distribution is an important factor to achieve the predetermined target. Therefore, the role of the Hydrated Slurry Pump P-2401 to move fluid in the form of Phosphate Slurry is required to be able to reach the target.
This study aims to plan maintenance using the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) method. The RCM method is expected to be able to determine scheduled maintenance and be able to know for sure the right maintenance task that must be carried out on each system component to reduce the level of downtime. From the historical data of damage will be analyzed by quantitative analysis using statistical distribution. Then the failure of the components that cause malfunctions in the system will be identified using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Next, proceed to the RCM Decision Worksheet stage to find out which parts of the system need to be repaired and prevented based on the failures that have occurred so that the same failure does not recur and determine the appropriate maintenance activities for each component.
Based on the analysis using Reliasoft Weibull++ 6 software, it can be seen that the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) of the P-2401 pump system is 1267.33 hours, and based on the analysis of the reliability value of the P-2401 pump system, it can be seen that the system reliability value is 0.5996 at 1011. operational hour. Components that require top priority are components with the highest RPN value, namely the pump impeller component with an RPN value of 96. Based on the preparation of the RCM Decisiton Worksheet from the Hydrated Slurry Pump P-2401, the results obtained are that there are 4 failure modes that can be handled with Scheduled on Condition Task, 2 failure modes with Scheduled Restoration Task, and 1 failure mode with Scheduled Discard Task.
