Abstract
SOCO (Sociolla Connect) merupakan aplikasi toko produk kecantikan yang menjual belikan produk dan alat kecantikan, perawatan kulit, perawatan tubuh, perawatan rambut dan parfum. Aplikasi toko produk kecantikan yang tersedia dan mudah untuk digunakan di Google Play Store tidak hanya terdapat SOCO by Sociolla atau dua aplikasi saja. banyaknya aplikasi toko produk kecantikan yang tersedia menyebabkan para pengguna lebih selektif dalam menentukan aplikasi apa yang lebih baik dan cocok untuk digunakan. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi pengguna untuk memilih aplikasi dengan melihat ulasan-ulasan yang telah disajikan pada halaman pengunduhan aplikasi tersebut. Ulasan tersebut sering digunakan sebagai tolak ukur dalam penilaian sebuah aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis sentimen ulasan aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla menggunakan metode naïve bayes classifier dengan menggunakan data sebanyak 2723 ulasan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai ketepatan klasifikasi yang data training didapatkan akurasi sebesar 83.37% dengan precission dan recall sebesar 85,64%. Pada data testing didapatkan akurasi 75,41% dengan nilai Precission sebesar 72.32% dan nilai recall sebesar 78.98%. Wordcloud sentimen kelas positif didapatkan kata yang sering digunakan untuk memberikan ulasan aplikasi e-commerce SOCO by Sociolla adalah kata bagus, aplikasi, produk, belanja, Sociolla, suka, barang, kirim, asli dan baik sedangkan pada sentimen kelas negatif kata yang sering digunakan adalah kata aplikasi, update, keluar, belanja, buka, barang, pesan, masuk, suka, dan lambat.

SOCO (Sociolla Connect) is a beauty products store application that sells beauty products and tools, skin care, body care, hair care and perfume. Beauty products store app available and easy to use on Google Play Store not only there is SOCO by Sociolla or two apps only. the large number of beauty products store apps available causes users to be more selective in determining what apps are better and suitable for use. This can influence users to select an app by looking at the reviews that have been presented on the app's download page. These reviews are often used as a benchmark in an app's assessment. This study aims to find out the sentiment analysis of SOCO by Sociolla app reviews using naïve bayes classifier method using data of 2723 reviews. The accuracy of the classification of training data obtained accuracy of 83.37% with precission and recall of 85.64%. In the test data obtained accuracy of 75.41% with a precission value of 72.32% and a recall value of 78.98%. Wordcloud sentiment positive class obtained a word that is often used to give reviews e-commerce application SOCO by Sociolla is a good word, application, product, shopping, Sociolla, likes, goods, send, original and good while on negative class sentiment the word that is often used is the word application, update, exit, shopping, open, item, message, enter, like, and slow.
