Abstract

Industri saat ini dihadapkan dengan isu-isu lingkungan yang semakin meningkat. Salah satu penyebab meningkatnya isu tersebut adalah limbah yang ditimbulkan oleh aktivitas rantai pasok industri, termasuk di dalamnya adalah industri farmasi. Kondisi ini mendesak para pelaku industri untuk menerapkan konsep Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada perdagangan besar farmasi di Indonesia yang sadar dengan isu lingkungan yang saat ini semakin meningkat. Isu ini kemudian direspon oleh perusahaan melalui komitmennya untuk menciptakan zero waste selama proses bisnisnya berlangsung. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada perusahaan mengenai kondisi kinerja eksisting GSCM pada PT XYZ melalui rancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang didapatkan dengan metode Green SCOR (Green Supply Chain Operations Reference) dan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 19 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dari 5 proses utama yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja GSCM PT XYZ. Didapatkan nilai keseluruhan kinerja GSCM sebesar 66,65 yang masuk dalam kategori “Average”. Namun, terdapat 5 KPI GSCM dengan nilai di bawah kategori “Average”, yaitu adanya manajemen lingkungan, persentase material biodegradagble, tingkat limbah yang dihasilkan ketika produksi, persentase limbah yang dibuang langsung ke lingkungan, dan persentase limbah yang diproses kembali. Beberapa usulan perbaikan diberikan terhadap KPI tersebut, seperti melakukan sosialisasi kepada supplier produksi terkait manfaat sertifikasi ISO 14001, melakukan riset ulang mengenai pakgaging botol plastik yang digunakan, melakukan evaluasi proses produksi, serta melakukan maintenance mesin sebagai bentuk peningkatan kinerja keseluruhan GSCM PT XYZ.

The ever increasing environmental isues has been troubling the industries lately. The waste generated by the industrial supply chain activity, including the pharmaceutical industry, is one of the things that have prompted this issues escalation. This condition urges industry players to apply the Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) concept in their production. PT XYZ is one of the large pharmaceutical trade company in Indonesia cognizant of this increasing environmental issue. The company then commited to create zero waste during its business process as their response. Therefore, this study aims to provide information to company of PT XYZ’s GSCM performance through a performance measurement system design obtained (procured) by the Green SCOR (Green Supply Chain Operation Reference) and AHP (Analyctical Hierarchy Process) methods. The result of this study identifies 19 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from 5 main processes used in measuring PT XYZ’s GSCM performance. The overall score of PT XYZ’s GSCM performance is 66.65, which is in the “average” category. However, there are 5 below “average” GSCM KPI, the existence of environmental management, the percentage of biodegradable materials, the level of waste generated during the production process, the percentage of waste directly discharge to the environment, and the percentage of reprocess waste. Several suggestion were given for improvement, such as conducting socialization to suppliers about the benefits of ISO 14001 certification, conducting re-research on the plastic bottle packaging, evaluating the production process, as well as performing machine maintenance to improve the performance of PT XYZ’s GSCM performance.
