Abstract
UD Fish Design adalah salah satu home industry yang berada di Sidoarjo bergerak di bidang produksi tas furing bahan spunbond. Tas promosi perusahaan adalah jenis tas yang sering dipesan ulang dan umumnya memiliki ukuran yang sama. Pengiriman tas kepada pelanggan sering terjadi keterlambatan dikarenakan perusahaan belum memiliki waktu standar untuk memproduksi satu unit tas, oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perusahaan ingin mengetahui berapa waktu yang diperlukan untuk memproduksi satu unit tas. Pengamatan dilakukan pada tanggal 22-25 Maret 2021 dengan mengukur waktu produksi pada setiap elemen kerja dan dilakukan analisis terhadap pengukuran waktu kerja menggunakan metode jam henti (stopwatch time study). Hasil analisis diperoleh waktu standar yang diperlukan untuk memproduksi satu unit tas promosi perusahaan selama 8 menit/unit dengan Output standar adalah 35 unit/hari/karyawan.

UD Fish Design is one of the home industries in Sidoarjo
engaged in the production of spunbond furing bags. Corporate
promotional bags are a type of bag that are frequently reordered
and generally have the same size. Delivery of bags to customers is
often delayed because the company does not yet have a standard
time to produce one unit of bag, therefore to overcome this the
company wants to know how long it takes to produce one unit of
bag. Observations were made on 22-25 March 2021 by measuring
the production time for each work element and an analysis of the
working time measurement using the stopwatch time study method
was carried out. The results of the analysis obtained the standard
time required to produce one unit of the company's promotional
bag for 8 minutes/unit with a standard output of 35
units/day/employee.
