Abstract
PT Pandu Arta Niaga adalah salah satu perusahaan industri yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan disposable surgical gown yang berdiri pada awal tahun 2020 dan sudah mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Permintaan produksi pada perusahaan tersebut cukup tinggi sehingga beberapa kali mengalami hambatan pada proses ekspor karena terjadi keterlambatan proses produksi yang disebabkan oleh belum ada perhitungan yang tepat untuk output yang dihasilkan, oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perusahaan ingin mengetahui berapa output standar yang dihasilkan perusahaan dan berapa produktivitas dengan hanya memperhatikan input tenaga kerja saja, untuk dilakukan studi pengukuran waktu kerja dengan metode jam henti (stop watch). Pengamatan terhadap waktu produksi pada setiap elemen kerja dilakukan selama 9 hari pada tanggal 19 sampai 29 Mei 2021. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa output standar yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan sebanyak 3.024 disposable surgical gown/hari yang dikerjakan oleh 130 tenaga kerja dengan produktivitas tenaga kerja sebesar 23 disposable surgical gown/tenaga kerja.

PT Pandu Arta Niaga is an industrial company that specializes in
the production of disposable surgical gowns. It was founded in early
2020 and has been able to compete with other firms. The company's
demand for production is so strong that it has run into delays in the
export process due to delays in the production process caused by the
lack of an exact calculation for the output produced on multiple
occasions. To solve this, the company wants to know how much standard
output it produces and how much productivity it achieves by focusing
just on labor input, as well as investigate the measurement of working
time using the stop watch method. On the 19th to the 29th of May 2021,
the production time on each work element was monitored for 9 days.
According to the study's findings, the company's standard production
was 3,024 disposable surgical gowns every day, generated by 130
workers at a labor productivity of 23 disposable surgical gowns per
labor.
