Abstract
Internet menjadi salah satu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan di zaman sekarang, terlebih dalam penggunaan media sosial. Media sosial menjadi hal yang sangat diminati untuk saling bertukar informasi dan berdiskusi. Banyak milenial yang mengalami kecanduan media sosial, salah satunya Instagram sehingga mengalami gangguan tidur, mudah cemas dan tidak produktif. Penggunaan media sosial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di masyarakat antar budaya yang cepat berubah juga dipengaruhi oleh variabel teknologi, psikososial dan budaya (sosio-technical system) yang saling mempengaruhi dan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas individu.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan TAM untuk memastikan individu fit dalam penggunaan teknologi Instagram, mengoptimalkan penggunaan Instagram dan pengaruhnya ke individu tersebut agar menjadi lebih produktif dalam mengakses media sosial dan beraktivitas. Metode penelitian meliputi metode integrasi aspek ergonomi makro (socio-technical system), kuesioner, pengujian SEM (Structural Equation Modelling), dan QCA (Qualitative Comparative Analysis). Perumusan masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah merumuskan model perbandingan aspek ergonomi makro yang tersusun atas variabel teknologi dan variabel psikososial (instagram intrusion, internet addiction, life satisfaction, self-esteem) antara Indonesia (negara budaya timur) dan Inggris (negara budaya barat) dengan pendekatan TAM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis aspek ergonomi makro dengan memperhatikan variabel technology dan pshycosocial menggunakan pendekatan TAM di Indonesia dan Inggris, memodelkan variabel instagram intrusion, internet addiction, self-esteem dan life satisfaction dengan pendekatan TAM, membandingkan perbedaan variabel socio-technical negara budaya timur dan negara budaya barat dan merumuskan rekomendasi untuk pencegahan kecanduan instagram di Indonesia dan Inggris. Total responden di penelitian ini sebanyak 335 responden Indonesia dan 246 responden Inggris yang merupakan pengguna aktif Instagram usia 22-40 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara aspek teknologi dan psikososial untuk Indonesia sementara di Inggris terdapat satu hubungan yang ditolak yaitu hubungan perceived ease of use ke Instagram Intrusion.

The internet has become one of the things that are needed today, especially in the use of social media. Social media is prevalent for exchanging information and discussing. Many millennials are addicted to social media, one of which is Instagram, so they experience sleep disorders, are easily anxious and unproductive. The use of social media in everyday life in a rapidly changing intercultural society. Technological, psychosocial, and cultural variables (socio-technical systems) influence the use of social media. That influence each other and affect individual productivity. This study uses the TAM approach to ensure individuals fit in their use. Instagram technology, optimizing the use of Instagram and its impact on the individual to be more productive in accessing social media and activities. The research methods include the method of integrating aspects of macro ergonomics (socio-technical system), questionnaires, SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) testing, and QCA (Qualitative Comparative Analysis). The formulation of the problem discussed in this study is to formulate a comparison model of macro ergonomics. There are technology and psychosocial variables (Instagram intrusion, internet addiction, life satisfaction, self-esteem) between Indonesia (eastern cultural country) and England (western cultural country) with the TAM approach. This study aimed to analyze macro ergonomics aspects by paying attention to technology and psychosocial variables using the TAM approach in Indonesia and the UK, in addition, modeling the variables of Instagram intrusion, internet addiction, self-esteem, and life satisfaction with the TAM approach and comparing differences in socio-technical variables in eastern and cultural countries. Western cultural countries and formulate recommendations for the prevention of Instagram addiction in Indonesia and the UK. The total respondents in this study were 335 Indonesian respondents and 246 British respondents who were active Instagram users aged 22-40 years. The results of this study indicate a relationship between technological and psychosocial aspects for Indonesia. At the same time, in the UK, one relationship is rejected, namely the relationship of perceived ease of use to Instagram Intrusion.
