Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Hybrid (PLTH) Pantai Baru Pandansimo terletak di Bantul,
Yogyakarta. Energi listrik yang dihasilkan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listik
sehari-hari masyarakat disekitar pantai. Permasalahan dalam proses produksi tegangan
listrik harus diminimalisir karena masyarakat menggantungkan kebutuhan listriknya pada
PLTH. Photovoltaic (PV) sebagai pemasok energi listrik yang lebih besar dari turbin angin,
memerlukan perhatian lebih agar operasionalnya tidak terganggu. Permasalahan seperti
Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) dapat mempengaruhi proses produksi
tegangan listrik. Data tegangan listrik selama 4 tahun digunakan untuk anaslisis kegagalan
sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah grafik kontrol. Persamaan – persamaan terkait
digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai keandalan, keterediaan dan kemampurawatan. Hasil
menunjukkan sistem PV 240 V beroperasi 8 hari memiliki nilai reliability sebesar 0.57,
Maintainability sebesar 1 dan Availability sebesar 0.92. Sistem PV 48 V beroperasi 7 hari
memiliki nilai reliability sebesar 0.56, Maintainability (kemampurawatan) sebesar 1 dan
Availability (ketersediaan) sebesar 0.997. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sistem PV 240 V dan
48 V memiliki keandalan cukup buruk sehingga perlu pemeliharaan yang tepat.

The Pandansimo Baru Beach Hybrid Power Plant is located in Bantul, Yogyakarta. The
electrical energy produced is used to meet the daily needs of the people around the coast.
Problems in the production process of electric voltage must be minimized because most
people rely heavily on Hybrid power plants for their electricity needs. Photovoltaic (PV) as
a supplier of electrical energy that is larger than Wind Turbines, requires more attention so
that its operations are not disrupted. Problems such as, Maintainability, Availability and
maintenance can affect the electricity production process. The method used to analyze the
failure system is the control chart. The calculation results show a 240 V PV system that
operates for 8 days has an overall reliability value of 0.57, Maintainability of 1 and
Availability of 0.92. The 48 V PV system that operates for 7 days has an overall reliability
value of 0.56, Maintainability of 1 and Availability of 0.997. The results of the analysis show
that the 240 V and 48 V PV systems are bad enough that they need proper maintenance.
