Abstract

Konstruksi tangki kap 3000 KL di TBBM Tegal Baru mengalami keterlambatan karena metode pelaksanaan pembetonan pondasi tangki penimbun BBM yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Penyebab utama keterlambatan adalah waktu tunggu dari pondasi beton tersebut untuk siap dibebani. Berkenaan dengan itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kriteria-kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan PT Pertamina (Persero) dalam pemilihan metode pelaksanaan pembetonan pondasi tangki penimbun BBM serta menentukann metode pelaksanaan pembetonan yang sesuai untuk pondasi tangki penimbun BBM berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah dianalisa.
Dalam upaya mencapai tujuan penelitian, metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode focus group discussion (FGD) bersama pekerja fungsi dari Infrastructure Management & Project, PT Pertamina (Persero) untuk menginvestigasi variabel penelitian yaitu kinerja kualitas dan biaya. Data variabel yang diperoleh akan digunakan sebagai acuan untuk membuat desain penelitian. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada responden dari kategori field worker, middle level dan top management di lingkungan Infrastructure Management & Project. Berdasarkan perolehan data dilakukan pembobotan kriteria atau indikator keputusan dan alternatif dengan metode Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (F-AHP).
Alternatif metode pelaksanaan pembetonan pondasi tangki penimbun BBM yang terpilih dan diimplementasikan pada project di Tegal Baru adalah additif chemical. Additif chemical memiliki bobot 0,4510 dan mampu memberi kontribusi positif berupa peningkatan kriteria kenaikan mutu beton (CS) sebesar 56,83%, peningkatan kecepatan curing time (CT) sebesar 15,79% dan efisiensi biaya (RC) sebesar 52,20%.

Construction of the 3000 KL fuel tank at TBBM Tegal Baru experienced delays due to the conventional method of applying the fuel storage tank foundation concrete method. The main cause of delay is the waiting time for the concrete foundation to be ready to be loaded. This study aims to analyze the criteria that are considered by PT Pertamina (Persero) in the selection of the method of implementing the construction of the fuel storage tank foundation and to determine the appropriate method of concrete implementation for the fuel storage tank foundation based on the analyzed criteria.
To achieve the research objectives, the method applied in this research is the focus group discussion (FGD) method with field workers from Infrastructure Management & Project, PT Pertamina (Persero) to investigate research variables, namely quality and cost performance. The variable data obtained will be used as a reference for making research designs. Furthermore, a survey will be conducted using a questionnaire on respondents from the field worker, middle level and top management categories in the Infrastructure Management & Project environment. Based on the data obtained, the criteria or decision indicators and alternatives are weighted using the Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (F-AHP) method.
The alternative method of concrete implementation for the fuel storage tank foundation that was selected and implemented in the project in Tegal Baru is chemical additive. Chemical additives have a weight of 0.4510 and are able to make a positive contribution in the form of increasing the criteria for the quality of concrete (CS) by 56.83%, increasing the speed of curing time (CT) by 15.79% and cost efficiency (RC) by 52.20%.
